The scope of this contract covers the following: • ICA, Mechanical and Electrical Planned Maintenance of the Client’s Premises. The Client’s Premises is detailed in the Specification; • An ICA, Mechanical and Electrical First Response Reactive Repair service of the Client’s Premises; • Pump Unblocking - the Client requires the Contractor to attend the Client’s Premises and remove debris and waste materials from waste water pumps and clean water pumps (if required) within specified response times. This usually requires the pump to be lifted from the wastewater pumping sump using suitable lifting equipment and returning the pump when debris has been safely removed. A test run of the pump is then performed to confirm pump is pumping; • Any other required ICA, Mechanical and Electrical installation, repair or maintenance services required on the Client’s Premises; e.g. minor project work up to £5k in value; • Integration of the Client’s work management system with the Contractor’s work management system to provide real time status updates on the compliance with Response Times, progress and Completion Times of the service; • The provision of all required MI Reports of applicable data associated with Providing the Service; • Processing of payment application using the Client’s Cost to Serve processes and procedures; • Due to the nature of the service, provision of an MEICA out of hours on call service to provide attendance on site 24 hours a day, 365 Days per year to carry out reactive repairs within 2-4 hours.

Transportation, Disposal and Discharge of Liquid Sludge - collection, transportation and discharge of Liquid Sludge from WwTWs to SDCs. These SDC’s are primarily managed by the Employer however some are managed by PPP Contractors; collection, transportation and discharge of Liquid Sludge from WwTWs to SSRCs. collection and transportation of Sludge Cake from SDCs for incineration by PPP Contractor; discharging collected WwTW Liquid Sludge through the “SLS”; collection, transportation and discharge of Liquid Sludge between WTWs for de-watering; collection and dewatering of WTW Liquid Sludge and final disposal in the event of a plant failure; any other Liquid Sludge transport related services

This Framework will be for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and repairs and supply of spare parts for pumps and mixers.

Northern Ireland Water wish to procure an end-to-end service to their customers for standpipe hire and provision of NIW licence. This service will require the provision of a Smart standpipe network solution which identifies in real-time 24/7 water abstraction across the network, enabling management of events. This contract will include the overall operational management, control and supervision of the use of hired standpipes throughout the province.

Maintenance of Ozone Equipment and the Provision of Spare Parts

Framework for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Maintenance and Associated Spare Parts for Hollow Fibre Membrane MBR Panels and Cassettes

Provision for the supply of goods and services associated with the Facilities Management and Grounds Maintenance Services across the NI Water Estate (Inc NI Water Alpha).

The contract is for the Provision of Backup Analysis - Other operationally significant suites (including the supply of prepared sample bottles) and if required the collection and delivery of samples, in order to provide contingency measures in the event that there is a failure to supply any or all of the analytical service from one or both of NI Water's laboratories. NI Water are required under the clean and Waste Water Regulations to provide timely and accredited results to our Regulators, for compliance and operational purposes alongside during major incidents. The contract is divided into ten (10) Lots; Economic Operators can tender for any number of Lots.

NI Water (NIW) has identified the need for a Professional Services Framework consisting of five Lots and with multiple Economic Operators (Suppliers) to enable the efficient delivery of the capital works programme and consultancy services associated with delivery of normal services of NI Water. It will facilitate the provision for framework management including feasibility, design and climate change; surveying and modelling; project management; site supervision; programme management office services and innovation and efficiency services for projects from inception through to construction stages of the capital works programme.

Delivery partner to design, implement and support an integrated Finance, Commercial and HR solution for NI Water. NI Water wishes to run a single procurement process seeking System Implementation partner (SI) led proposals whereby SI and cloud solution provider will be procured together as a holistic implementation, solution and support offering. NI Water hopes that this procurement process will return the optimal solution that delivers value-for-money based upon stated target outcomes/requirements, rather than seeking to select a solution, or solution components that may not deliver an effective integrated solution.
