This procurement is in respect of the Vasectomy Service. Working as part of the districts "Act as One" approach to children and young people the service will be integrated in to the wider children and young people program and support the Bradford District Adversity Trauma and Resilience strategy Who we are - Bradford ATR (bradfordatrpartnership.co.uk) and will be embedded in the districts refreshed family hub model Home | Bradford Families and Young Persons. This service will support a universal sleep support offer for children aged 2-11 years. We will require a provider to: - Provide evidence based training and appropriate materials for the children and young people workforce offering first line support to families in Bradford district and Craven. This is a dedicated team of therapy professionals who work collaboratively and with a multi-disciplinary approach with the care home provider and wider health and social care colleagues to deliver rehabilitation programmes to service users whilst residing in Intermediate Care.
