This framework aims to enhance the Health Boards' ability to manage and deliver their capital programmes, reduce reliance on external public-sector frameworks, develop a regional supply chain and contractor base, reduce procurement timescales, and improve delivery confidence in terms of time, cost, and quality for enhanced patient outcomes in South West Wales.The framework will support digital construction methods and encourage the adoption of modern methods of construction (MMC) where appropriate. London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (hereby referred to as LAS or The Trust) is seeking expressions of interested from suitably qualified organisations to submit an application to participate in the procurement of a contract to provide Staff Psychological Support Services to the Trust. The objective of this procurement and contract is to deliver a contract that provides best value for money for the Trust but also supports LAS staff by offering a wide breadth of clinical expertise particularly relating to complex mental health issues and severe trauma experienced during the course of undertaking work duties. Services will include one to one psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, counselling, group therapy, CBT and EMDR. Therapies are to be provided by telephone, online, face to face or in groups. The awarded contract will be available for use by other Ambulance Services in England (Participating Authorities). It is not possible to quantify the demand on services or the value associated with these however allowance for additional spend with the supplier under this contract had been allowed for in the Tender Notice. If any of the Participating Authorities choose to use the resulting contract will do so using the same requirements and under the same terms and conditions as those detailed in the Procurement Documents. The Supplier will provide ongoing support to ensure any additional modules added to the framework over the life of the contract meet the specific requirements required by Ofqual to admit the qualification to the RQF The Supplier will advise and support the Authority with ensuring all learners who have already completed the course since January 2024 can be retrospectively certified once all learning has been evidenced and validated.

The procurement covers the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive metrology system capable of producing a wide range of radiation fields for calibration and testing of radiation protection instruments. The equipment will be installed in a purpose-built suite within the nVCC, and the supplier must work collaboratively with the Trust.

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Authority) requires a Supplier to undertake relevant six facet surveys across the entirety of its estate (The Services). The purpose of the Services is to update the Physical Condition, Functional Stability, Space Utilisation, Quality, Statutory Compliance and Environmental facets across its Nottingham City Hospital, Queen's Medical Centre and Ropewalk House sites (The Premises and Locations). The objective is to establish a refreshed baseline identifying unpalatable risk across the estate to align with the objectives and targets of the Authority's relevant strategies and to inform an action plan for any remediation that may be required. The Services shall include the six facet surveys and gathering of relevant data in accordance with applicable industry standards whilst ensuring consistency of results between the various surveys required. The Services shall enable the Authority to determine the condition and risk for each facet element and allocate condition categories to its Premises and Locations on a “per facet” basis. Together with a summary of remedial works required, photos of non-compliant areas and estimated costs to bring each facet to a safe and acceptable condition, the six facet survey shall assist the Authority in prioritising budget allocation to the relevant critical areas. This information will support the Authority’s backlog maintenance reporting and Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC) information. To enable successful provision of the Services, as a minimum, the Supplier shall: a) lead on the production and collation of relevant asset survey reports b) provide the Services: (i) in accordance with the Authority’s budgets (ii) in line with its Programme c) ensure successful outcomes achieving the Authority’s required level of quality d) provide technical management of the survey including, but not limited to, survey activities, data collection and production, access and Permits [DS1] to Work under the direction of the Contract Manager e) collate the data captured during the relevant surveys and develop of a detailed overarching technical report that will enable the Authority to develop its subsequent estates strategy f) provide programme support and progress updates to the Authority’s relevant staff via project team meetings on a monthly basis
