Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) and Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) intend to establish a new Capital Construction Framework to support capital projects valued up to £7 million. This framework aims to enhance the Health Boards' ability to manage and deliver their capital programmes, reduce reliance on external public-sector frameworks, develop a regional supply chain and contractor base, reduce procurement timescales, and improve delivery confidence in terms of time, cost, and quality for enhanced patient outcomes in South West Wales.The framework will support digital construction methods and encourage the adoption of modern methods of construction (MMC) where appropriate. Social value, sustainable procurement, and foundational economy principles will be integrated into the framework, with a focus on ethical employment, decarbonisation, SME participation, and alignment with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.This Planned Procurement Notice is issued to alert the market to this upcoming opportunity and stimulate early contractor engagement.A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) will follow, setting out the structure of each Lot and the maximum number of contractors to be appointed. Only the highest-scoring bidders from the PQQ stage will be invited to tender. The work involves the flushing and chemical cleaning of the chilled water system to remove debris, scale, and contaminants. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.

The Urine Managed Service Contract covers processing of urine samples for Microscopy and positive culture set up. The refresh of the current contract aims to provide the same current service level as a minimum, however, to further improve workflow, the refresh is looking to explore and adopt technology advances. It is proposed the refresh includes automated culture readers and Antimicrobial Susceptibility reading embracing solutions available on the market that utilise AI, to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.

London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (hereby referred to as LAS or The Trust) is seeking expressions of interested from suitably qualified organisations to submit an application to participate in the procurement of a contract to provide Staff Psychological Support Services to the Trust. The objective of this procurement and contract is to deliver a contract that provides best value for money for the Trust but also supports LAS staff by offering a wide breadth of clinical expertise particularly relating to complex mental health issues and severe trauma experienced during the course of undertaking work duties. Services will include one to one psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, counselling, group therapy, CBT and EMDR. Therapies are to be provided by telephone, online, face to face or in groups. The awarded contract will be available for use by other Ambulance Services in England (Participating Authorities). It is not possible to quantify the demand on services or the value associated with these however allowance for additional spend with the supplier under this contract had been allowed for in the Tender Notice. If any of the Participating Authorities choose to use the resulting contract will do so using the same requirements and under the same terms and conditions as those detailed in the Procurement Documents. The Authority require an Ofqual Regulated Awarding Organisation to provide support in finalising and assuring their Leadership Development Framework meets the specific conditions required by Ofqual to admit the qualification to the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). The Supplier will provide ongoing support to ensure any additional modules added to the framework over the life of the contract meet the specific requirements required by Ofqual to admit the qualification to the RQF The Supplier will advise and support the Authority with ensuring all learners who have already completed the course since January 2024 can be retrospectively certified once all learning has been evidenced and validated.

The Contracting Authority requires a Supplier to provide a full managed service for Hot Water Boilers across the Estate. This shall include: • Installation of new Hot Water Boilers • Planned Preventative Maintenance of installed Hot Water Boilers • Reactive maintenance of Hot Water Boilers The Supplier will be expected to install new Hot Water Boilers on an ad-hoc basis as and when our existing Hot Water Boilers which are owned by the Contracting Authority become end of life. Hywel Dda University Health Board are seeking to commission a single provider to deliver Relational Care Training programmes to all schools across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire which will include: Up to three whole‑school staff training days, delivered face‑to‑face and onsite, aligned to school INSET (In‑Service Training) days. Each school will be required to attend one of these training days. The training days will be delivered in a conference‑style format at a venue provided by HDUHB.
