South Yorkshire’s Integrated Care Board (ICB) are looking to commission a new South Yorkshire Specialist Autism Service. You are invited to a Market Engagement Event where the proposed service model and financial envelope will be shared.<br/><br/>The Specialist Autism Service is being commissioned to address the increasing demand for autism support, particularly focusing on individuals with autism without a learning disability in South Yorkshire. <br/><br/>The service aims to provide:<br/><br/>• Intensive support offer for our most complex cases; <br/><br/>• advice and consultation; <br/><br/>• clinical supervision specifically to the South Yorkshire C&YP Key-working Service; and<br/><br/>• training and development.<br/><br/>Following the event, if the decision to go out to formal procurement is made, this will be published on the Atamis Procurement portal.

Growth in demand for eating disorder services has expanded since the COVID-19 pandemic. Discussions with clinicians in primary and secondary care has highlighted the need for a community pathway for adults with eating disorders across Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham.
The role of the Service will be to:
• Support managing adults with eating disorders in the community: psychology, medication, medical monitoring via MDT approach.
• To provide Medical Emergencies in Eating Disorders (MEED) support to the local acute Trusts: advice and guidance, care planning, supporting colleagues in implementing MEED guidance.

Following a significant increase in demand and length of waiting list for autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people (up to the age of 16) in Sheffield, South Yorkshire ICB (Sheffield Place) are looking to outsource some of this activity to more providers in order to help increase capacity and meet some of this additional demand. You are invited to submit an expression of interest if you would like to be considered as a provider to deliver any of this activity.
The current service is delivered by Sheffield Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and this contract will remain in place.
We are looking for additional providers to deliver up to 300 assessments per month over a timescale to be agreed.
To register your interest, please submit the following information:
• What is your current waiting time for assessment?
• What capacity are you able to provide (i.e. how many assessments over what period)?
• What format do your assessments take - e.g. in person, online, combination of both, how long are they?
• If your assessments are in person, please state the location where the assessments take place.
• Do you assess for autism and ADHD together or separately?
• Which professional group(s) undertake your assessments? E.g. paediatricians, speech and language therapists, psychologists etc.?
• Are your assessments compliant with NICE guidelines?
• What are your referral/access/exclusion criteria? E.g. do you need certain information/pre-assessments in order to accept referrals? Do you only assess certain age groups?
• Do you provide any ongoing follow up or support to children and families following diagnosis?
• Do you accept right to choose referrals or just private?
• Would you consider outsourcing further assessments?
Additional information:
Following receipt of expressions of interest, South Yorkshire ICB Sheffield Place will hold a market engagement event with interested providers and relevant stakeholders to review submissions and discuss potential future options which will support in the service specification development.
Following the event, if the decision to go out to formal procurement is made, this will be published on the Atamis Procurement portal in April 2024. The financial envelope will also be published at this time.
Suppliers will only need to register once in order to access opportunities that are offered by the Health System organisations that are using the system.

The ICB would like potential providers to express an interest by responding via the portal. NHS South Yorkshire ICB Doncaster’s Severe Mental Illness (SMI) Physical health check (PHC) Service for people with severe mental illness (SMI) Market Engagement Event PIN
South Yorkshire’s Integrated Care Board (ICB), Doncaster Place have commissioned an independent evaluation of the existing service offer which is in place for those with an SMI to access annual PHCs in Doncaster. <br/><br/>You are invited to a Market Engagement Event where the evaluation will be reviewed and options around potential future service models will be discussed. <br/><br/>The current service was procured in 2019 and is provided by Primary Care Doncaster, sub-contracted to RDaSH. The contract is due to expire on the 15th June 2024.
