NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB) is seeking responses to the Selection Questions from IT software suppliers as Stage 1 of a two Stage process for selection of a supplier for a new Continuing Healthcare software platform to support the ICB's CHC Service. The software platform will be required to manage patients, care and payments associated with continuing healthcare and a wide array of care categories including mental health and children's continuing care. The ICB is seeking a system which offers a customisable reporting tool and provides full case management functionality including actions, documentation and finance from payment schedules to care package reconciliation. North East London (NEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking to procure an NEL wide ophthalmology SPOA service that ensures referrals are managed by one provider across the system, serving all our providers equitably with reduced costs, delivering efficiencies and identifying issues to help support the NEL population with targeted and improved education and feedback to referrers. North East London (NEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is looking to procure the SPOA across its seven places (Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Redbridge, Newham, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets and City and Hackney). The services need to be able to provide fast access improved pathway to enhance referral processing and clinical triage. The SPOA will facilitate digital enablement and innovations with a dynamic system to coordinate advice and refer, capacity planning and implement patient choice. Thereby reducing the pressure and avoidable referrals to specialist led services. The SPOA should provide a strong collaboration between primary, optometry, community and secondary care systems as we are looking for a partnership in delivering the best quality service for NEL patients. The service specification provides details of what will need to be delivered, and we welcome providers who can demonstrate suitable experience of delivering similar services in the community that are both effective and of high quality. NHS North East London (NEL) ICB (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") is seeking to procure the NEL Primary Care Clinical Information and Facilitation Service ("the Services") via an Open Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 ("the Act" / "the Regulations"). The Procurement is being managed by NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) hosted by NHS North East London, on behalf of the Authority. The contract will start on the 1st of July 2026 and run for a period of 3 years until the 30th of June 2029. The Contract may be extended for an additional period of up to 2 years until the 30th of June 2031, at the sole discretion of the Authority. The indicative annual value of the proposed contract is £850,000, making the indicative total value of the proposed contract £2,550,000 + £1,700,000 (5-year Total = £4,250,000) exclusive of VAT. The core purpose of the service is to improve and standardise the quality of clinical data and coding in GP practices, through the provision of expert advice and clinically informed support in relation to practice systems and data. The service will help foster a learning health system for quality improvement, improving the prevention, detection and management of disease and to help reduce health inequalities. The service will provide timely and standardised data searches and reports to facilitate both contractual compliance and quality, enabling early identification of risk and under-performance. Advice and support will be provided mainly to GP practices, PCNs and neighbourhoods (once established). The service will be aligned to nationally and locally commissioned services, allowing for appropriate variation between practices, PCNs and Places, and will be standardized to ensure equity across NEL. Additional advice and support will be provided to commissioning teams, to ensure understanding of practice clinical data, systems and coding - and to ensure (as much as possible) consistency, between practices and NEL, of the data usage. The provider will also extract, format and present data to service users for multiple purposes, including (but not limited to) payment claims, data validation, call/recall, tracking, service planning, and analysis. The following five NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in London - North Central London, North East London, North West London, South East London, and South West London - have opened the Pan-London Nursing Homes Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contract to new applicants. This contract covers the provision of nursing home services for adults in CQC-registered nursing homes and is applicable to providers with nursing homes in London or the surrounding area. Successful providers will be added to the pan-London AQP list. This AQP list is used by the ICBs as the primary route for commissioning NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) placements for adults, including fast-track CHC. NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking to Commission National Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Services - Testing Service and Diagnostics Analysis Service. The Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) Screening Programme aims to reduce the incidence of active tuberculosis (TB) through the early identification and treatment of individuals infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis who do not have active disease. By preventing progression to active TB, the programme contributes to the elimination of TB as a public health threat and supports national and global TB reduction strategies. Specifically, the programme aims to: • Prevent the development of active, transmissible TB through detection and treatment of LTBI; • Protect public health by interrupting the chain of transmission within communities; • Support national TB control and elimination goals; • Promote health equity by ensuring access to screening and care for populations at increased risk. The service aims to reduce the incidence of tuberculosis (TB) across the populations of Newham, Tower Hamlets, City & Hackney, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, and Waltham Forest. The Contracts are expected to commence in October 2026 for an initial period of 6 months. The contracts may be extended for an additional period of 12 Months at the sole discretion of the Authority. The estimated value of the contracts for 18 Months is £1,301,640.15. (£848,253.40 per annum, and the Initial 6 months is £453,386.75).
