Broad Oak Medical Practice is a GP practice situated in Strelley Health Centre, 116 Strelley Road, Nottingham (NG8), and covers the patient population of Strelley, Bilborough, Aspley and north Beechdale.
The practice is part of the BACHS Primary Care Network.
Broad Oak Medical Practice has an actual patient list size of 6,716 (weighted 6,772) as of April 2023 (quarter 1 2023/24). The list size has steadily grown over a period of 18 months. The immediate areas of the practice boundary have high index of multiple deprivation and tend to experience the most health inequalities.
The practice opening hours are 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday.
The estimated contract value is £692,640 per annum. This is based on the current global sum value for 2023/24.
The Care Quality Commission have rated the practice as Good. (December 2021).
The new contract will be expected to commence on 1 January 2025.
This is purely an early engagement exercise; any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when published.
This is a market testing exercise and does not commit the Commissioners to carry out a procurement process. Current services will remain in place during this period in line with existing contracts and service level agreements.
