NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is undertaking an open procurement to identify a Bidder who will provide a one stop Nutrition Supply service for GP registered patients across Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICS and for in-patients for the following NHS Trust Contracting Authorities: • Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Isle of Wight NHS Trust • Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust • Solent NHS Trust • Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust • University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust Further information regarding the requirement can be accessed via the In-tend tendering portal, under the project reference; F14316. The contract will be awarded for a period of 5 years with option to extend for a further 2 year period.

This Contract Notice is to inform the market of a formal call for competition, to re-open the existing Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living Care services Framework. The ICB has a requirement for an increased number of service providers to support greater capacity to meet the needs of individuals whilst ensuring minimum quality standards. The ICB is seeking responses to an Invitation to Tender (ITT), from providers, in addition to those already contracted to provide supported living care.

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board are seeking a provider who will provide safe and effective secure transport for individuals with mental health needs (under various sections of the Mental Health Act 1983), and a support and observation (sitting) staff service for patients during detention or stay in a Place of Safety or acute hospital emergency department (ED) under this legal framework - namely Section 136 of the Mental Health Act. This service will not include transport of individuals with mental health needs where secure transport is not required as this is provided by existing patient transport service provisions. To ensure effective and timely responses the service shall provide a single point of contact number for police officers and mental health professionals to call to arrange transport to the nearest appropriate Place of Safety (PoS) or other location as requested. The service will operate in an area of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) which covers the places of North and Mid Hampshire, South West Hampshire, South East Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and Isle of Wight. The population for the ICB is 1.9 million. The service will operate in and out of Hampshire. The ICB are seeking to award a contract for 3 years from 1st February 2025 to 21st January 2028, with the option to extend for a further 2 years to 31st January 2030.

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board and seeking a provider to delivery an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service for people with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and/or complex Mental Health needs in Community Mental Health Teams. IPS is an evidence-based model of supported employment. It has been rigorously trialled and has consistently outperformed all other tested forms of support for job seekers with severe and enduring mental health problems. The service is required to commence on 1st July 2025 for an initial period of 3 years 9 months, with an optional extension period of 2 years.

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board would like to invite bids for the delivery of a new service that will provide Autism and ADHD early help community hubs for adults in Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight, and Autism and ADHD information, advice and guidance to individuals and their families, carers and friends across the wider Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) footprint. The new service must be in place by 01 April 2026.
