The service is a holistic service available to young people (aged 12-19) who live in Glasgow City, which adopts an early intervention prevention approach, with the aim of improving longer term trajectories for its target audience.
Services are currently available in 9 venues across Glasgow City, though this could increase should additional investment become available. It is held in the evenings from 6:00- 9:30pm Mondays through to Thursdays. The service is co-delivered by statutory and non-statutory organisations. Counselling and Multiple Risk components of the GCYHS are commissioned. Both are key interventions in support for young people. Counsellors are an integral part of the Multi-disciplinary delivery team on the night. Young people can also have access 1:1 consultations from the Nurse, GP, or Multiple Risk Worker. Young people can expect support with their mental health, sexual health, risk taking, weight management and relationships as well as support around housing or financial inclusion.
The nursing team also provides comprehensive “wrap around” support out with service delivery times to address the wider issues that impact on young people’s health and wellbeing, liaising and referring onwards to secure the right support such as mentoring, advocacy or employability. As part of the care plan for a young person, where required, support for parents will be also be sourced to ensure best outcomes for the family overall.
Glasgow HSCP is seeking a high quality forward thinking organisation to deliver community based stress services that will complement the work of the HSCP workforce and partners. This programme of work will provide an important contribution to the adult mental health improvement framework. The service will be open to all Glasgow residents aged 16 and over, with a specific focus on delivery in areas of highest deprivation and to those population groups experiencing significant and enduring health, economic & social inequalities.

Forensic Physicians (FPS) will provide general healthcare and forensic medical assessment of people in police custody/suspects in police custody and complainants/complainers (alleged victims) of crime.
An assessment and treatment service will also be required for the 4 prison establishments within NHSGGC boundary (HMP Barlinnie, HMP Low Moss, HMP Greenock and Lilias Community Custody Unit for women) out with office hours (Monday to Friday 08.00 – 18.00) and on agreed Public Holidays. FPS would require providing telephone advice to nursing or prison staff during these hours, or attending the prison to see and treat the patient if required, as clinically determined by the FPS.
Furthermore, FPs will provide a primary care response to UK Border Force at Glasgow Airport Custody cells at Glasgow Airport.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is the largest of the fourteen territorial NHS Boards in Scotland. The radiopharmacy service provides individually prepared doses to patients within NHSGGC, NHS Forth Valley, NHS Ayrshire & Arran and NHS Lanarkshire. The doses produced are used in 13 Nuclear Medicine departments across these boards.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Radionuclide Dispensary service is located in North Glasgow Sector within the Acute Division of NHSGGC.
The service is responsible for the production of outpatient and inpatient radiopharmaceutical doses to patients of the four west and central Scotland health boards as above. We also provide some doses to University or commercial customers.
We aim to deliver a timely, high quality, patient centred service to all our service users in line with NHSGGC’s quality aims and the Quality Strategy. We use the evidence base at all times to ensure we are delivering the most up to date care for our patients.

Forensic mental health services are for people with a mental illness or learning disability who may be a risk to themselves or others because of their medical condition. The Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 places a requirement on NHSGGC to ensure that patients with a mental illness are able to be treated in facilities which meet their needs and are not subject to higher levels of security than they require.
NHSGGC seeks to contract a supplier to provide a SQA level education programme and an adult literacy and numeracy education programme for patients across both a medium and low secure unit (Rowanbank Clinic and Leverndale Hospital), in order to introduce patients to a small classroom experience, providing a variety of subjects using different activities to teach. The programmes will require to be tailored to the needs and skill level of the patients involved and provide a supportive learning environment. The programmes will provide patients with an opportunity to gain formal qualifications and to develop employability skills. The contract will be split into two Lots:
