North of England Commissioning Support is working for and on behalf of NHS England North East and Yorkshire Health and Justice Team (the Relevant Authority) and is managing this market engagement exercise for the provision of HMP New Hall Women's Dental Services. The Relevant Authority is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a Request for Information (RFI) to engage with the market and to gather information in order to gain a better understanding of both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering the proposed services. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract is a single Enhanced Mental Health Path Finder Service for Victims of Sexual Abuse and Complex Trauma in West Yorkshire - Bradford. The contract will be for a period of 2 years and 4 months commencing on 01 December 2024.
