NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The process is a one stage open process. As part of the NHS Long Term Plan Ambitions, Living Well Derbyshire are working with Community Mental Health Teams, Local Authorities and the Voluntary Sector to create 'Provider Collaboratives' in local areas to support the improvement of outcomes and reduce out of area placements. The focus is to expand on community-based support for people in their own locality. The Collaborative is an inclusive forum where people come together to develop a shared understanding of the current system, listen to local voices, shape the offer and respond to local mental health needs. The purpose of the Leadership Co-ordinator Role is to steer the monthly collaborative meetings for each individual location and to support and promote the involvement of provider networks which sit in each local area. Once established, the Living Well Local Leadership Coordinator will support the voluntary and community sector to become a key element of Mental Health Support in the community across the Derbyshire footprint. The contract will commence 4th November 2022 and will end in line with the programme duration of 31st March 2024. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) wish to increase the Crisis Alternatives offer by the provision of 'Crisis Cafes'. Crisis Cafes can be described as support facilities for people who self-define as needing immediate out of hours mental health support. This service should be seen to complement existing provision - notably the Derby Safe Haven - as well as future provision including a planned Safe Haven development in Chesterfield. We expect the provider (s) of the Crisis Cafes to work very closely with any other provider/ providers of Crisis Cafes or other Crisis Alternatives provision locally to ensure a collaborative approach and to support the sharing of learning. The process is a one stage open process. Please be aware this opportunity is subject to confirmation of funding. The service contract will commence on 1st June 2023 and is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 10 months. It is recognised that the service and the system will need to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of the population throughout the duration of the service, and collaborative working between provider (s) and commissioners will be critical to success. Please note there is a financial threshold associated with this procurement. Any bids received exceeding £58,500 per annum per lot will be excluded from evaluation and disqualified from the process. No bids over £58,500 per annum per lot will be accepted. The maximum total budget is therefore £175,500 per annum over the three lots outlined. The procurement is split into 3 lots based on geographical areas. Bidders may bid for one or more lot; there is no restriction on the number of lots a provider can bid for or be successful for. An additional and one-off payment of £50,000 non-recurrent funding will be available per lot to the preferred provider (s) of each of the three lots to support mobilisation and service delivery, within 2022/2023 subject to a successful contract award. This equates to a maximum non-recurrent sum of £150,000 across three lots being available in 2022/2023. Providers will need to outline their anticipated service costs within these parameters as part of their response. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The process is a one stage open process. As part of the work to transform the Neurodevelopmental diagnostic pathway DDICB along with other system partners, including experts by experience would like to create Community Hubs for CYP who are pre or post diagnosis, and their families and carers. Pre diagnosis includes people who just need advice, information and early support but have not been referred for a formal assessment. The hubs will wrap around the core assessment pathway, providing a wide range of advice, information, support and other activities in an environment that helps people to feel safe and part of a wider network. This also provides the opportunity for professionals to signpost to the hub for advice and information, along with other services such as, the SEND advice line and the ND portal on the Derby and Derbyshire Emotional Health and Wellbeing website, and Derby City and Derbyshire County local offers, rather than referring straight onto the assessment pathway. The service contract will commence 1st May 2023 and is for a period 1 year with no option to extend. This opportunity is presented as being across four different 'lots' based on geographical areas - meaning a provider could express an interest in and deliver a service in one, two, three or all four of these 'lots', which relate to priority geographical areas. Bidders may bid for one or more lot; there is no restriction on the number of lots a provider can bid for or be successful for: • Lot 1 - High Peak: Within boundary of the borough parameter • Lot 2 - Central Derbyshire: Within 15 miles radius from DE55 • Lot 3 - Derby City: Within boundary of the borough parameter • Lot 4 - South Derbyshire: Within boundary of the borough parameter Please note there is a financial threshold associated with this procurement.
