This Contract Notice with Lots (CN) is separate to any other tender opportunity. NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) and its participating Authority's require a direct contractual relationship with either a manufacturer or any other economic operator for a number of services that support Gamma and Xray Blood Irradiation via a Framework Agreement and subsequent Call Off Contracts via further competition based on organisational need. This Framework will be utilised until the Home Office Fieldfare project and accompanying supply contracts are live. The contract will need to cover maintenance of existing equipment and/or consumables for existing equipment to perform Cell Selection & Processing procedures. CMT provide a range of services to support haemopoietic stem cell transplantation including collection, processing, and cryopreservation of stem cells. An important part of the services offered by CMT is the purification of stem cells and depletion of other cells, such as CD3+, TCRαβ, CD19+ cells, that may cause complications in the transplant procedures. The purpose of this notice is to: • Alert potential suppliers that NHSBT intends to award a contract for the supply of consumables and/or maintenance of existing equipment.
