NHMF Frameworx on behalf of NHMF (NPC) members wishes to appoint a number of Contractors, to two Frameworks, one for Direct Awards, and one for Mini-Competitions. Each of the Frameworks is broken down into 5 workstreams which are: Planned Maintenance - External and Communal Works Planned Maintenance - Internal Works Planned Maintenance - External, Communal and Internal Works Net Zero Carbon Works Passive Fire Safety Works The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions.

NPC has been set up by the National Housing maintenance Forum Ltd to undertake the development of maintenance and other frameworks for its members. NPC wishes to undertake market engagement in relation to a number of nationally procure but regionally based frameworks to be tendered in 2024. These include but are not limited to: Damp, Mould and Condensation Investigation and Remediation Works

Gas Audit Services Electrical Audit Services Security and Access Compliance Consultancy The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions.

Domestic Energy Assessors Non Domestic Energy Assessors PAS 2035 Retrofit Consultants ( Advisers, Assessors, Co-ordinators, Design Consultants and Evaluators) The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions.
