The Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced potential contractors to provide the design, supply, print, postage and data management of its garden waste service permits for East and North Herts Shared waste service. The contract will be over a period of 3 years and is estimated to be in the region of £300,000 exclusive of VAT. The service required by the Council broadly comprises:- The design, print and postage of East and North Herts Councils garden waste permits. As well as the permit sticker, we will require residents to be provided with a copy of their terms and conditions and a welcome letter. There is also a requirement for data management and the ability for the client to be able to generate reports on stickers issued and to also identify when a sticker is to be received or was posted. The Council welcomes Fair Trade options.

North Hertfordshire District Council (the "Authority") is procuring on behalf of itself and East Hertfordshire Council. The two Councils run a shared service for Waste Collections, Recycling and Street cleansing. The Authority invites expressions of interest from suitability qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of its Waste Collection, Recycling and Street Cleansing Services Contract (the "Contract"). The services under the Contract will include waste collection and recycling services, street cleansing services, and other supporting services (including depot and waste transfer services, container management, and customer care). In addition to the core elements of the services, there are a number of services which are included in the procurement and in the potential scope of the Contract, which are more fully set out in the procurement documents, and referred to as 'Anticipated Changes'. The Authority intends to make site(s) available for the provision of the services. In relation to the provision of vehicles and any provision of finance for vehicles, interested applicants are referred to the procurement documentation for information.
