The Council’s Asset Management Strategy 2025-2030 (AMS) sets out a comprehensive framework for managing its property portfolio. The portfolio extends to over 250 assets with an overall value in excess of £202 million. This procurement seeks to find an investment advisor to provide strategic advice in relation to seven of our highest value properties, with an option to advise on a further two high value properties.

Mole Valley District Council - Payment Card Industry DSS Compliance
Mole Valley District Council (“the Council”) invites tenders for the provision of Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) Compliance services, to be provided by a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) as set out in these documents.
The Council provides a range of goods and services which residents and visitors to the district can purchase in person, via telephone or ecommerce in four locations, including Dorking Halls theatre and the Fairfield day centre. The Council is fully PCI DSS compliant and had a PCI audit during the last 12 months. The Council has QSA certified A, P2PE and C-VT SAQ’s and AOC’s, the first of which expires on 11 March 2026.
The Council requires the provision of PCI DSS consultancy from a QSA with experience of Version 4 PCI DSS compliance in local authorities or equivalent to assess the Council’s compliance with the latest version of the PCI DSS, to recommend which SAQ(s) is/are most appropriate to the Council, and to provide to the Council completed and QSA certified SAQs and Attestations of Compliance (AOCs) each year during the contract period.

Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) would like to contract with a sole supplier for the provision of an Inventory and a check-in, check out service for households provided with accommodation through the Council’s Private Rented Scheme. This service will be on a call off basis.
This contract is for a sole service provider for the duration of the contract who, when requested, will undertake to provide an Inventory service within the timescale required by the Council. In the event that the successful supplier is not available to provide the services when required, the Council reserves the right to use an alternative supplier for each individual inventory examination that the successful supplier cannot deliver.
The contract will last for an initial period of 3 years, commencing on 22nd November 2025, with the option for a single year's extension. Any extension will be at the Council’s discretion.
