Mole Valley District Council is inviting tenders for specified improvements and refurbishment works to St.Martin's Walk Car Park. In order to allow as much continued use of the car park as possible during the project, the work will be progressed in sections/areas to be agreed over a 12 week programme. No more than one third of the car park is to be out of action at any one time. The contractor is invited to submit a programme detailing how this can best be achieved. The project is to start in early September and to be completed within the 12 week period.
