The contract will be for 5 months from 01st November 2024 – 31st March 2025. The aggregate contract value is forecasted at £951,482.00. The Authority shall apply the NHS Standard Contract Terms and Conditions to ensure appropriate clinical governance and service delivery quality as well as consistency of service to patients. This notice is being published to reflect the date by which the Authority has satisfied it's internal governance process and the Authority's signatures have been ascertained, not at the time of the proposed start-date of this contract. This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award made by the Contracting Authority; NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board, (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”) in compliance with their local standing financial instructions (SFIs). The contract award is made to Kids Inspire for the provision of Children and Young People's Counselling Service across Mid and South Essex. This award is made through a call-off from the Authority's Voluntary and Community Sector Organisation's (VCSO) Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) Framework. The process comprised of the following stages: • Stage 1 – Selection from the framework– to ensure bidders had the appropriate capability, skills and capacity to deliver the service, resulting in a list of qualified providers to progress to Stage 2. • Stage 2 – Invitation to Participate – the identified providers at stage one were invited to participate in the process and tender packs sent out for them to formerly express interesting the ICB’s desired award criteria, resulting in the selection of a preferred bidder for contract award. • Stage 3 – Assessment and Recommendation – Assessment of bids received and evaluation and moderation process against key criteria mandated within the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 for competitive processes. The contract term is 24 months, commencing 1st April 2025 and expiring on 31st March 2027, at a total aggregate Contract Value of £1,168,600.00. The Authority is publishing this Contract Award Notice in Find a Tender Service in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a contract award for the services entitled' Pan Essex Keyworker Service for Children and Young People with a diagnosed learning disability and/or autism' - by the Contracting Authorities* to HCRG Care Services Limited. NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein "the Authority")'s intention to award a contract to The Stroke Association to deliver Life After Stroke services to the patients within Mid and South Essex's geographical footprint. The contract will be for 24 months months from 16th April 2026 - 31st March 2028. The aggregate contract value is £401,034 (based on 2 years at annual value of £200,517) The provider is an existing provider, who is currently satisfying the requirements of the existing contract. The provider has been assessed against the criteria specified for this DAP C process: Quality & Innovation 20%. Value 20%. Integration, Collaboration & Service Sustainability 20%, Access Health Inequalities and Choice 20%; Social Value 20%. Key criteria were specified, and assessment against each criterion was assessed based on the current service delivery model and performance. and the supplier meets all the requirements specified to the satisfaction of the ICB, and it is expected that they will satisfy the requirements of the new contract.

The Specialist Bereavement service offer is bespoke and the provision supports service users who are impacted by suicide. The service aim is to reduce the profound effect a death by suicide can have on families, professionals and communities. There is clear evidence that one suicide can trigger a cluster of other suicides where up to 135 individuals can be impacted by a single death by suicide. This service provides improved and valuable support for those bereaved or affected by suicide and reduces the risk of further suicides. The service integrates well with other services across the wellbeing pathway within MSE, to support services users. The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. The contract is for a 12 month term from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice and is intended to provide notice of the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board’s (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”) intention (for reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the Authority), to award a contract for primary medical services for the proposed Asylum Accommodation and Support centre at Wethersfield, Braintree under Regulation 32 (2) (c) to Commisceo Primary Care Solutions, for a period of 18 months. The Authority intends to extend the existing Special Allocations contract held by Commisceo for a period of 12 months from 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2025, and modify the scope of such contract, in order to secure primary medical services to the Asylum Accommodation and Support Centre at Wethersfield within the very tight deadline mandated by NHSE and Home Office. The total estimated aggregate contract value over the 18 month term is £1,105,000.

This Intention to Award Notice is issued in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 under the competitive process. The Procurement relates to the Invitation to Tender (competitive process) for the provision of Integrated Community Dermatology Services in Mid and South Essex. The Authority has undertaken a full evaluation and assessment of the compliant bid submissions received as part of this competitive process, which were evaluated in line with the procurement documentation published within the Competitive Process Overview (CPO). The contract award criteria are specified in the procurement documentation and CPO. As a result of this, the Authority intends to award the proposed Contract for the Service to the Provider that achieved the highest technical and commercial scores across the key criteria used. The purpose of this competitive process was for the Authority to secure a suitably qualified provider to deliver this Integrated Community Dermatology Services across Mid and South Essex.

This is an updated notice and replaces Notice Number 2025/S 000-08736 and Notice Reference 2025-041058 due to these services being impacted by the community MSK and pain service procurement. This is a change to the original notification The Contract Term is to reduce uncertainty for the Providers and to ensure continuity of service. Originally the award was approved by Executive Committee in November 2024 as an award for 7 months with an option to extend for 5 months. The Contract Term shall now be for 12 months, with a 3 months’ notice period. The current procurement timeline is indicating a new service may start on 1st February 2026, but this is subject to change. A Community Carpal Tunnel Decompression service for adults that supports the appropriate management of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in the community and reduces the number of referrals to the acute unless complex decompression procedure is necessary. This ensures that decompression surgery is only provided when conservative treatment has failed to reduce symptoms. There is a need for an urgent award of contracts for Community Carpal Tunnel Decompression service for adults for a period of 12 months from the 1st April 2025 to the 31st March 2026 to ensure sufficient time for the procurement and that there is no risk to patient safety through increased (long) waiting times unless an arrangement is in place for 1 April 2025 as all access would then be referred into MSEFT who have confirmed they cannot absorb the activity within current capacity. The current contract with the incumbent (Provide Wellbeing Limited) expires on 31st March 2025 and as a consequence there is a requirement to award this contract.
