HealthTrust Europe is establishing an Open Framework Agreement to appoint suppliers capable of providing a full range of Goods and Services, including: Managed Service Solutions, Dental Consumables, Orthodontic Materials, Dental Implants, Biologics and Facial Aesthetics, Practice Management Software, Dental Equipment and Pathway Solutions, and Mobile or Modular Dental Health Units.
It is intended the framework will be divided into the following lots:
Lot 1 Dental Solutions Managed Service incorporating a suite of goods and services:

The bodies to whom the use of this framework will be open include all contracting authorities in the United Kingdom as defined in Section 1 of the Procurement Act 2023.

This list includes each organisation’s successors and assigns, any equivalent organisations, and associated organisations created due to any organisational changes.
This framework will be open to:
Any bodies or organisations operating in the UK of a health and/or social care nature;
Any organisations with similar procurement needs;
Any UK-based central government authority listed in Annex I of Directive 2014/24/EU, to the extent still relevant under retained EU law and consistent with the Procurement Act 2023.
Storage, Retrieval and Management Solutions for Pathology Samples, Blocks and Slides associated consumables, software and services.
Offsite archive storage and retrieval services for:
• Glass slides and their associated documentation.
• Wax blocks and their associated documentation.
Includes associated software solutions to support with the management, archive, retrieval of pathology samples (in any form).
Includes consumables associated with management, archive, retrieval of pathology samples (in any form).
Includes scanning slides as a service and then ongoing storage and retrieval of the glass slides and images.

• pathology glass slides of tissue samples;

The scope of this framework agreement includes the provision of a comprehensive range of flexible employment benefits including salary sacrifice schemes either as a managed service solution under Lot 1a, or as a suite of specific employee benefit schemes (one or more employment benefits) under Lot 1b. The framework also includes the provision of a salary sacrifice scheme for Personal Vehicle Leasing (with access to environmentally friendly vehicle options such as Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs) and Electric Vehicles (EVs) under Lot 2
Pre Market Engagement Notice for Independent Living Products and Services
This procurement will be conducted under the open procedure as an open framework, the term of the first framework in this scheme will be 2 years with the option to extend by 12 months.
The scope of Independent Living is broken down into the following lots:
Lot 1 Equipment, including living room aids, mobility aids, bedroom and dressing aids, kitchen aids, bathroom aids and pressure and positioning aids.
Lot 2 Community Loan Store Managed Services provides various types of equipment on loan to individuals who need assistance to live independently at home.
Lot 3 Aggregate lot, facilitates the provision to permit Participating Authorities to tailor bespoke products and service specification to accommodate their requirements and contractually commit in advance to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements.
Lot A Technology Enable Care – this lot is specifically for use by non-NHS organisations only. Lot A is for the use of technology to provide health and care services to people in their own homes to live independently and safely.
The framework covers the goods and services used to prevent, diagnose, treat and rehabilitate disorders affecting the nervous system; i.e. the brain, spinal cord, central and peripheral nervous system and cerebrovascular system
Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology Products 2025
The Cardiology Consumables framework agreement enables customers to purchase medical devices used in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology procedures.

Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services and associated service
This Lot will include the services for transporting non-emergency patients and hospital staff. This service may include the transportation of staff between hospitals or other establishments, transportation of patients discharged from hospital ‘out of hours’ to their homes, transporting patients to and from hospital for routine appointments and non-ambulatory patients.

The scope of this framework agreement enables the purchase of end-to-end digital requirements. This includes procurements of individual or standalone ICT solutions, alongside procurements for combined/ bundled solutions across the entire Hardware, Software, Cybersecurity, Computer science solutions and associated services landscape.
The Taxi Services Dynamic Market will include the provision of taxi transport services to public sector bodies. This will include, but is not limited to, non-emergency patient transport taxi services and any associated services.
Beds, Mattresses, Patient Handling Supplies and Services 2026
The framework agreement will enable Participating Authorities access to the supply of Beds, pressure area care (PAC) equipment and services in addition to safe patient moving and handling equipment and services. The framework will provide a comprehensive range of products for use within the acute care, long term care/nursing homes and home care/community, accessed either by a rental model, rent to buy or capital purchase. Further to the aforementioned products, the Services within the scope of this procurement exercise cover decontamination, repair, maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and managed equipment service and other services related to the project.
