Provision of cleaning and maintenance service of 3 no. toilet blocks within the parish of Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe and Sutton on Sea.

The cleaning, maintenance and servicing of 46 no. Beach Huts Mablethorpe (Easter to October) and 15 no. Beach Huts, Sutton on Sea (February to December).

Provision of road closures, erection and dismantling of up to 35 no. market stalls (supplied by the Town Council), market stall storage & delivery and minor waste clearance pertaining to Mablethorpe weekly market (Thursdays - Easter to Christmas).

Grounds maintenance works across the parish of Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe, Sutton on Sea and Sandilands. To be delivered on a monthly basis - each lot (a to o) identifies the description of works to be undertaken.
