We are seeking enquiries for organisations that may be able support with small works projects (estimated up to £50k) across a range of building service lines within the South East of England.

The demolition and safe removal of the upper floor of a high rise building (defined as over 18m from FFL) and Construction of a new upper floor for the purposes of sleeping accommodation.
Works include all aspects of construction including exterior façade cladding, structural, roof works, internals as well as associated mechanical, electrical and plant integration.
All works will be provided as a completed RIBA 4 tender and contractor expected to complete to end of RIBA 6.
Works include all finishes and fit out including assembly of FFE.
The replacement of the existing stand by generator set and ancillary services with a new generator, fuel tank and associated pipework.
Activity to be tendered in January 2025 with a target completion date of March 2025
We are seeking engagement from organisations who are interested in participating in future construction related tender opportunities in the Falkland Islands and Ascension Island.
We are seeking bidders to construct a replacement BFI ( Bulk Fuel Installation ) at RAF Akrotiri on the previous disinvested site.
The project, BFI East, will comprise the installation of above ground aviation fuel storage (3 x 1,000m3 vertical, steel tanks ), slops tanks (3 x 50m3 horizontal tanks ) within suitably sized bunds, a pump room housing the fuel pumps, filter water separators, additive injection, fuel issue and receipt points for bowsers with cantilevered canopies, firefighting equipment with associated water storage, a control building with parking facilities.
Power to the new facility will require a power supply upgrade and new standby generator.
In addition an automation system will be required for tank gauging, valve control, additive injection and pipeline receipts. The pipeline receipt system will require interface with an existing automation system at the despatch facility.
This work is on an active military base requiring all construction staff to be vetted to achieve security clearance. Concept design and layout will be provided. The project will be let as a design and build NEC 3 contract, requiring completion prior to March 2024.
