The structure must be demountable or easily removable once the temporary requirement concludes and will be surface-mounted on jackpads, requiring minimal excavation. Moreover, the facility will have surface-mounted external services with power, water, waste, and data connections readily available. The design must ensure DDA compliant access and facilities, including welfare provisions such as toilets and wash areas. The modular units should be suitable for transport on public roads. We are open to options for long-term hire or a one-off purchase with the potential option for selling back the modular units. The expected cost for this project is estimated at £3 million.

This project will include internal fit out elements, electrical power & data upgrades with the introduction of new AHU/ventilation, heating and cooling systems including associated infrastructure. The adaptations will include the formation of new cellular offices, meeting areas and NER facilities within existing areas, suitable for over 150 occupiers. The expected cost for this project is estimated at £10 million. Contractors wishing to be included will need to demonstrate experience working in the UK Defence Sector, with available security cleared personnel across all disciplines, compliance with JSP, NPSA, Building Regulations and working in areas subject to Security restrictions.
