b) Prioritising works issued under an EPA order.
c) Innovations in diagnostic techniques such as 'bait take' monitoring.
d) Proofing and other preventative measures e.g. blocking, spikes.
e) Safe removal and disposal of dead pests
f) Customer education on how to prevent future infestation.
g) Provide a written report on completion of every visit.
h) Provide a service 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
i) Provision of quarterly reviews and recommendations to facilitate improvements in mhs homes' approach to pest management.

mhs home group require prospective suppliers to provide Occupational Health Services including Health Surveillance. The scope of the services includes but is not limited to: on-site (face to face), virtual, or phone occupational health support (to be delivered by a qualified Occupational Health professional), for 1 day per month (7 working hours). This will include:
a) Management referrals for ill-health issues, including sickness
absence, as required.
b) Rehabilitation guidance following illness and / or injury, as
required.
c) Support with the management of ill-health early retirement
applications, as required.
d) Risk Assessment completion / advice, as required.
e) Health Screening (for example, in relation to night workers), as
required.
f) Information and advice on matters including disability-related
medical conditions, as required.
g) Health promotion (including manual handling advice, promoting
good health, and so on), as required.
h) Advice on Policy development relating to Health matters, as
required.
i) Referrals to other health services, as required.
On-site Health Surveillance support (including recalls) - delivered by a qualified Occupational Health professional.
