The NHS commissioning authorities in London will re-procure the existing pan-London NHS CHC in nursing homes AQP framework. The current framework is due to expire on 31 March 2023.
Applications can be made from Monday 17 October 2022 to Friday 2 December 2022 through the CarePulse eProcurement system.
Successful Providers will be added to the Pan-London Nursing Homes AQP list. This AQP list is used by the commissioning authorities as the primary route of commissioning NHS Continuing Healthcare placements for adults.
The services will be delivered in CQC registered Nursing Homes.
The Contract does not guarantee any volume of activity or payment to the Provider. There is no minimum number of packages that the Provider can expect to receive through the contract.
The London Purchased Healthcare (LPH) Team will manage the procurement process on behalf of the London commissioning authorities.

This offer is for the provision of domiciliary care under the Pan-London Domiciliary Care Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contract.
The Pan-London Domiciliary Care AQP contract is used by the Contracting Authorities as the primary route to commissioning home care packages, including for Discharge to Assess (D2A) and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
This qualification process is being undertaken by the NHS London Purchased Healthcare (LPH) team on behalf of the following Contracting Authorities:
-NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board
-NHS North East London Integrated Care Board
-NHS South West London Integrated Care Board
The Commissioning Authorities intend to open the pan-London Domiciliary Care AQP contract for applications in July 2023.
The Commissioning Authorities are:
- North East London ICB
- North Central London ICB
- South West London ICB
The procurement process will be managed by the London Purchased Healthcare Team on behalf of the commissioning authorities.

The following five NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in London - North Central London, North East London, North West London, South East London, and South West London - have opened the Pan-London Nursing Homes Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contract to new applicants.
This contract covers the provision of nursing home services for adults in CQC-registered nursing homes and is applicable to providers with nursing homes in London or the surrounding area.
Successful providers will be added to the pan-London AQP list. This AQP list is used by the ICBs as the primary route for commissioning NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) placements for adults, including fast-track CHC.
The procurement will be undertaken under the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award Process B. Applications are now open from Monday 10 March 2025 on a rolling basis, with no deadline for applying, through the CarePulse eProcurement system https://london-nhaqp.carepulse.co.uk/.
Nursing home providers that are already on the Pan-London Nursing Homes AQP contract do not need to apply.
