The London Boroughs of Croydon, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton, Wandsworth, and Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames are working together as the South West London Sexual Health Consortium (SWLSHC) with a view to improving access to sexual health and HIV prevention and support services for high risk groups sector-wide. The service will provide a community-based support offer that is reactive to service user needs, supporting them to improve and maintain their sexual and relationship health through appropriate methods which will vary by population group. This will include outreach and support in community settings as well as making best use of digital technology. The service will complement existing clinical HIV, sexual and reproductive health services in each borough by ensuring robust referral pathways are in place and making best use of partnership opportunities.

The Wandsworth and Richmond Assessment Point (WRAP) for Winter Warmth and Fuel Poverty Service is to be delivered within the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth. The service aims to address fuel poverty and contribute to reducing winter mortality (among people at risk from cold weather) as well as helping to improve the health and wellbeing of Richmond and Wandsworth residents accessing the service via a community action activity conversation.

As the independent local people's health and social care champion in the borough, Healthwatch Wandsworth will effectively engage and involve individuals, organisations, professionals and the wider public to facilitate genuine improvements in health and social care services and influence local decisions about health and social care priorities, strategies, and policies.

The Wandsworth and Richmond Tier 2 Adult Weight Management (AWM) Service has been commissioned to support the local eligible population within the London Boroughs of Richmond Upon Thames and Wandsworth with excess weight. The Tier 2 AWM service will have universal access but will have a targeted focus on people faced with health inequalities and will deliver programmes that contribute to addressing increasing equity for different at-risk populations. The aim of the Service will be to provide a non-clinical weight management offer to enable individuals to lose weight safely within the context of a comprehensive approach to prevent and treat obesity. The multi-component group support service will be based on the guidelines and quality standards of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Wandsworth Borough Council intends to establish a framework agreement and award contracts for the provision of Social Care (Technology-Driven) Taxi Transport Services for Council staff and social care service users. The Council has divided the contract into two Lots: Lot 1 - An Ad-Hoc Service and Lot 2 - A Pre-Booked Service. London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth (the "Councils") intend to set up a framework agreement for the provision of Residential, Outreach, Supported Living and Emergency (ROSE) Accommodation-based services across Richmond and Wandsworth. The framework agreement will have four (4) Lots covering the services above. The framework agreement will commence from 1st September 2023. The total value of the framework is estimated to be £15.66m per annum with a total contract value of £125,308,336 inclusive of mini-competition opportunities over 8 years.
