Wandsworth Borough Council is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise with the intention of appointing a development partner for the delivery of Blocks 6 & 7 and Blocks 3 & 4 of the Winstanley York Road Estate regeneration scheme. The development will comprise affordable housing and private sale homes as part of the next phase of the estate’s renewal.
At this preliminary market engagement stage, the Council is seeking to engage with prospective developers to gather insights and gauge the market’s interest.
The accompanying preliminary market questionnaire provides an opportunity for interested parties to communicate their preferences and capabilities in advance of any future tender process. All information submitted will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intended Approach Notice. The London Boroughs of Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton, and Wandsworth (the “Participating Authorities”) intend to follow the PSR’s Most Suitable Provider Process to award contracts for the provision of Integrated Sexual Health (ISH) services across the four boroughs of Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth.<br/>The ISH Service includes the provision of genitourinary medicine services, contraception and sexual health services, providing open access sexual and reproductive health services (Levels 1-3), including testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, routine and complex contraception, medication to prevent HIV infection, advice, support and specialist clinics. The standard requirements of London-based ISH Services are set out in the localised version of the London Sexual Health Service Specification.<br/>Each of the four London Boroughs will appoint and enter into a contract with the selected ISH Provider delivering site-based clinical services in its area. An overarching collaboration agreement will also be established between all appointed ISH Providers and the four Participating Authorities, and it will be mandatory for all parties to work collaboratively in delivering ISH services across the administrative area of the four Participating Authorities<br/>The Contracts will be for an initial period of five (5) years and six (6) months, commencing on 01 October 2026, with the option of one or more extension periods totalling up to five (5) years at the discretion of the Participating Authorities.
Soft Market Testing – Arboriculture Services for Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames
Both Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Arboriculture Maintenance Services contracts are due to expire on 31 March 2026 and require timely retendering, with tendering commencing in early June 2025. The contracts relate to Arboriculture Services which include, but are not limited to: Tree Planting, Tree Pruning, Tree Felling, Young Tree Maintenance, Stump Grinding, Basal Growth, Climbing Tree Inspections and Emergency Works. The contracts will be for four years and with the option to extend each of the contract lots for up to a further four-year term. In Wandsworth, the total annual value of these contracts is circa £1 million. The London Borough of Richmond annual contract value is circa £600,000. The Councils currently intend to approach the market with a multi-lot tender for each borough and the aim of this exercise is for the Councils to gain a better understanding of how the supply market operates in relation to the provision of Arboriculture Services. Care and Support in Extra Care Services - Soft Market Testing Questionnaire

Special Educational Needs Home and Community Care Framework - Soft Market Testing
The London Borough of Wandsworth (the "Council") is carrying out a market engagement exercise to help inform the future commissioning and procurement plans in respect of a Framework Agreement for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Home and Community Care Service for children and young people in Wandsworth. The proposed service will provide home-based domiciliary care and community-based short breaks for children and young people and the Council is keen to hear from all interested providers that can deliver the service. We are seeking written responses to the questions set out in the Market Testing Questionnaire which is available on the Delta e-sourcing portal. Learning Disability Accommodation Framework (ROSE) Richmond and Wandsworth Council
