A Call-Off Contract for the provision of an Education IT system and support services from Kent Commercial Services (KCS) Managed services framework Ref: Y20023. This Software-as-a-service contract will be utilised by The London Borough of Harrow for the delivery of education services. The contract includes licensing arrangements, Annual Maintenance, Professional Services days and a service desk to enable Harrow staff to report system problems, seek assistance or to make general enquiries. An integrated Youth Offending System and a stand-alone hosted system for Children Centres/Family hubs are included as part of the same contract.
