The Welsh Government procurement exercise is to secure a Supplier for the sourcing of products (including printed items), managing registrations and providing customer service, assembly, storage, and delivery of Baby Bundles across Wales. The Bwndel Babi Programme is a Welsh Government Programme for Government commitment to provide a ‘welcome to the world’ gift, comprising of a range of essential items for the child’s first months. The bundle will be provided free of charge to all new and expectant parents resident in Wales who register to receive one. We require the successful contractor to be ready to receive registration forms for baby bundles from January 2024 with deliveries beginning in late February/early March 2024.

The Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD), on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector, wishes to establish a collaborative Framework Agreement for the provision of Employee Benefit Schemes. Key Areas are likely to include (but are not limited to): - Salary Sacrifice Schemes; Cycle to Work, Green Cars, ICT & Mobile Phones, Healthcare & Financial Wellbeing - Retail & Leisure Discount Scheme - Reward & Recognition - Online Benefits Platform

The Welsh Government Commercial Delivery Team, on behalf of the Welsh public sector, wishes to establish a collaborative Framework Agreement for the supply of Cleaning and Janitorial Materials and Washroom Services to the public sector in Wales

WGCD are looking to implement a Framework for the Supply of Tyres and Associated Services on behalf of the Welsh public sector. The Agreement will cover the supply of the following goods and associated services, where applicable: Light Commercial Vehicle Tyres Car Tyres Heavy Goods Vehicle Tyres Agricultural Vehicle Tyres Tyres for Plant/Machinery Tyres for Electric Vehicles Car/LCV/HGV Fitting at Customer Depot and Roadside Fitting at Customer Depot and Roadside Responding to emergency call out inside and outside working hours Flaps and Gaiters, Tubes, Valves and other associated products A range of services and associated products such as e.g. Wheel Balancing, Tracking, Fitting, Puncture Repair etc.

The Welsh Government, in partnership with Transport for Wales, are establishing a Hydrogen Bus Pilot Scheme as part of their plans to transition the existing internal combustion engine bus fleet in Wales. The Pilot Scheme will include the implementation of approximately 20 hydrogen buses on selected routes within the County of Swansea with a further 23 hydrogen buses servicing selected routes within the County of Bridgend. The Pilot Scheme is due to commence approximately late 2025/early 2026 (date to be confirmed). The Welsh Government are seeking to appoint a provider of green hydrogen that will provide the required level of hydrogen to fuel the hydrogen buses utilised under the Pilot Scheme. It is an expectation that the hydrogen will be made available for a re-fueller at both pilot locations; Swansea and Bridgend. The hydrogen contract will be for 15 years, with break clauses at years 5 and 10.

The purpose of this notice is to notify the market of the contract opportunity for the supply and distribution of rock salt and associated deicing products which is being conducted by the Welsh Government Commercial Delivery Division (WGCD). The WGCD acts on behalf of the public sector in Wales to deliver value for money from the procurement of common and repetitive good and services for Wales. The WGCD on behalf of the Welsh public sector wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for rock salt and associated deicing products. The framework will replace the current WGCD Rock Salt and Associated Products Framework (NPS-CFM-106-20) when it expires in 2025. The new framework will be made available for use by all WGCD customers. The WGCD are looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the purchase of electric vehicles and will consist of two lots set out as follows: Lot 1 – Cars, LCVs and Minibuses/MPVs (up to 3.5T) Lot 2 – HGVs (3.5T up to 7.5T)
