Livv Maintenance Limited (part of Livv Housing Group) is seeking bids from service providers to provide a fleet management service. Services initially required under the contract are expected to include the management of approximately 150 vehicles and the supporting contracts to enable the smooth running of the vehicles. Supporting contracts include but are not limited to vehicle maintenance, fuel cards and vehicle tracking devices, installation of racking and livery. Livv Maintenance intend to re-procure the current fleet of vehicles with a procurement process commencing approximately November 2024. It is an essential requirement of this tender that the successful fleet management service provider can provide an end-to-end service in the procurement of the new fleet in compliance with procurement regulations. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one service provider. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months on each occasion, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term, subject to Livv Maintenance requirements and the performance of the successful service provider. The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be early September 2024.

Livv Maintenance is seeking bids from suppliers for the supply of approximately 110-120 vehicles on a contract hire basis to replace the current fleet of vehicles used by the in-house maintenance team. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 5 years with one option to extend by a further 12 months, up to a maximum 6 years total contract term, subject to Livv Maintenance requirements and the performance of the successful supplier. The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be during April 2025, with the first vehicles delivered Summer 2025.

Livv Maintenance Limited (part of Livv Housing Group) is seeking to establish a contract with a single contractor to provide passenger lift servicing and maintenance across a number of sites within North West England. This ITT is issued as a single stage Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. Services initially required under the contract are expected to include monthly planned servicing and maintenance of passenger lifts, remedial repairs and emergency call outs as and when required. The service will initially be required primarily in the borough of Knowsley; however services may be required throughout North West England and surrounding areas as appropriate to meet the operational needs of the business. The full service specification, site list and the form of contract to be used is included within the Supporting Information section of this tender. The successful contractor will be required to complete a ‘new supplier process’ for the Group before commencing onsite.
