Liskeard Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment of the ladies and gents toilet facilities at The Public Hall, 3-5 West Street, Liskeard.
The works are to commence August 2023. You are required to provide your required contract period which will be entered into the JCT Minor Works 2016 contract under clause 2.2.

The schedule of works costed against each item, cash flow forecast and outline programme and completed 'form of tender' is to be sealed in a marked envelope and returned to Le Page Architects, Plumer House, Tailyour Road, Crownhill, Plymouth, PL6 5DH not later than 12 noon on Wednesday 26 July 2023. Alternatively, tenders maybe returned via email to ckelshall@lepagearchitects.com in a clearly headed email.
Liskeard Town Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a Christmas Lighting Display in Liskeard Town Centre for three years (Christmas 2023, 2024 and 2025). The scheme of work involves design, supply, installation, maintenance, removal and storage of leased Christmas lights and decorations annually. The Council is looking for new designs and ideas, with a Cornish theme, and is interested in eco-friendly displays, e.g. energy efficient LEDs, solar options, etc.
The lights need to go up in the first half of November and be taken down in January.

Liskeard Town Council would like to appoint an appropriately experienced consultant to work with the Liskeard Town Council Town Vision Steering Group to prepare a Vision and Implementation Plan for the future of Liskeard. Utilising the collective local knowledge and previous studies and reports, along with the consultant team's expertise, a Liskeard Vision and Implementation Plan document should be prepared; bringing together a holistic vision for the town, which reflects its unique characteristics and ambitions and provides practical recommendations to address issues identified over many years.
