Introduction Lisburn and Castlereagh Council uses wooden trading huts at a number of events across the financial year, most significantly at the Christmas markets as part of the Christmas Light Trail in Castle Gardens and along Bow Street. The Council offers local traders the opportunity to trade from the huts to enhance the retail and hospitality offer in the City Centre during the festive period. 2. Scope Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council therefore wishes to appoint a suitably qualified company to (i) supply 4 new wooden huts as per the detailed specification below and (ii) to provide a service for the storage and maintenance of the huts and (iii) to install and dismantle the huts as and when required. There may be a requirement for additional events across the year. 3. Specification Requirements (pass/fail) (i) Supply of 4 new Wooden Huts Supply of four (4) new 8ft x 6ft huts with a hatch type opening, interior shelving and a door to the side of the hut.

This Invitation to Tender is to appoint a single supplier to support the delivery of this project and to contract for the supply, delivery, connection, commissioning and decommissioning, maintaining and ongoing operation of the charge points.

Introduction The Lisburn Half Marathon Event is a road race programme consisting of three races: Half Marathon, 10K and Fun Run. The event will take place on 3rd Wednesday of June each year starting at 6.30pm and finishing at approximately 9.30pm. The awarded tenderer will be dedicated to the event on the evening from 4.00pm until the finish of the event. Set-up and take down times will vary across the Half Marathon site and will be confirmed at pre-event meetings. Background The event attracts over 5,000 participants for the three races. This is a community event using roads around central Lisburn and the surrounding area (see maps below), causing major traffic issues. We require a Traffic Management company to manage the roads as efficiently as possible, providing a safe environment for the runners whilst minimising traffic congestion. Timeframes Event date: 3rd Wednesday of June every year Final Plans, Maps and junction details required by: 1st April each year, however there will be a requirement for draft versions at a multi-agency meeting in March each year. Provision of Independent Confidential Counselling Services for Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council
