Lionheart Educational Trust is inviting tenders for the provision a payroll service.
The payroll service is currently delivered to schools by an external supplier. We are seeking a suitably experienced supplier who has current experience of working within the education sector (this is an essential requirement).
We currently have fourteen schools, that will be using the service.
More details of our requirements can be found within our tender document, but we require a reliable payroll provider who can ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time each month, ensure both the Trust and its staff have access to a secure and easy-to-use portal, reports will be provided to the Trust (and other key stakeholders) on a timely basis each month and the service will be value for money.
Cashless catering solution for up to nine secondary schools within Lionheart Educational Trust (based in Leicester and Leicestershire) for a five year period commencing July 2023. Solution to fully integrate with existing Trust systems.
Lionheart Education Trust has fourteen academies based in Leicester and Leicestershire.
The Trust is looking to appoint a single cleaning supplier for the provision of daily routine cleaning and periodic deep cleaning at nine of its academies (seven secondary schools, one sixth form college and a primary school).
Installation of LED lighting across twelve of the fourteen schools in Lionheart Educational Trust over the summer break in 2023.

A Trust framework, to comprise up to three firms, who will be able to provide project management support for capital projects to be undertaken by Lionheart Educational Trust (with the potential for the framework to be utilised by other schools or academy trusts).
