The Contracting Authority, as defined in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended, for this contract opportunity is Tarbed Limited (‘Tarbed’). Accordingly, Tendering Organisation successful in the procurement process will enter into a contract with Tarbed. Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited (‘Linc’) are conducting the procurement process on behalf of Tarbed. Tarbed is a 100% owned subsidiary of Linc. Tarbed is a limited company registered under the Companies Act 2006 and undertakes development activity solely on behalf of Linc. Tarbed is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to undertake the completion contract for the Sunnyside Wellness Village. Sunnyside Wellness Village includes fifty-nine (59) residential units and a Health Centre. The contract involves provision of a fully completed development including construction of the new buildings together with site preparation works, external works including extensive landscaping and drainage as well as required highways works. Tarbed is working with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board as a Third Party Employer involved in the project.

Linc is seeking a suitable skilled and experienced contractor to undertake the completion contract for the construction of forty-eight (48) domestic units and two (2) commercial units at The Cascade (48-54 City Road) and Vere Street, Cardiff, South Wales.

Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited (‘Linc’) is seeking a suitable accredited, qualified and experienced contractor to supply and fit 63 fire doors at two (2) locations with the potential subject to budget, grant funding and contractor performance to fit a further 203 fire doors at four (4) other locations.

Linc-Cymru Housing Association Limited ('Linc') is seeking a suitable certified and experienced timber frame supplier to nominate within a design and build contract opportunity due for release in June 2024. The design and build contract opportunity is a development site based in Caerphilly, South Wales and consists of 30 units in total. The development delivers a mix of new build houses and flats (19 no.), the complete renovation of a structure of local historic importance into residential dwellings (10 no.) and a new build children’s home. The successful organisation in this procurement will be formally nominated within the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 for the development scheme. The organisation appointed as principal contractor for the development scheme contract will be required to use the timber frame supplier selected in this procurement process.

Construction of a forty-eight (48) unit New Build development consisting of twenty-five (25) extra care apartments, 15 (fifteen) residential care apartments and eight (8) bungalows for customers over the age of 55.
