The Authority has a requirement for the provision of a comprehensive uniform service contract to supply Head Office staff, Open Space teams and venues located across the 26 miles of parkland. The contractor will be responsible for delivering high quality uniform items that are suitable for a variety of jobs, with different requirements for the multiple indoor and outdoor teams across the park and venues totaling nearly 200 members of staff.

The Authority is seeking bidders to tender for a service to provide a comprehensive “Total Waste Management” service across ten individual sites. This should include collection and processing of general waste, recycling, green waste, compostable waste and fly tipping. The bidders waste management solution should focus on minimal manual handling for Authority Staff with proposals to ensure mechanical and technical solutions are offered to reduce waste handling.

This Prior Information Notice (hereinafter "PIN") has been published in relation to the supply of Park Security Service to the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter the Authority) for the whole of the Lee Valley Regional Park and the Borough of Broxbourne (hereinafter BoB) for the open spaces and parks within the Borough.The Authority and BoB currently have a contractual arrangement for their Park Security Service, which expires on 30th November 2023. Therefore, the Authority and BoB have published this PIN to alert suppliers within the supply market of this forthcoming contract opportunity.
