Amendments to the existing car parking area to provide integrated swales, landscape and biodiversity enhancements. The provision of some temporary structures for changing/administration accommodation will be required throughout the construction period.

- Existing double cabin relocated to form new wet classroom with matching exterior cladding and roof.

The work involves supplying labour, materials and products for a complete replacement of the existing customer electrical metering system to RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Technology) in order to allow for credit to be topped up by means of pre-payment cards.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority ("the Authority") and Broxbourne Borough Council ("the Council") have a requirement for a specialist security contract, which is shared equally between the Authority and the Council in the North of the Lee Valley Regional Park ("the Park") and solely by the Authority in the South of the Park. The Authority and the Council are looking for a service provider that can deliver in the following areas:-
- enforcement
- education through developed education programs, i.e. dog behaviour/training etc.

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for complete external redecoration to all exposed timber surfaces which comprises western red cedar cladding to most vertical surfaces at the site Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis Centre. Areas requiring decoration comprise all elevations of the main building, all elevations of England Hockey cabin, external faces of plant area boundary fence to the southern boundary of the site and storage compound boundary fence to the northeast of the site.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for masonry repairs to existing historic walls within Waltham Abbey Gardens in Essex.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority ("the Authority") has a requirement for installation of hostile vehicle mitigation measures at the Lee Valley VeloPark.
The project involves the installation of both hostile vehicle rated and non-rated equipment to the frontage of the Lee Valley VeloPark. Equipment comprises fixed bollards, manually operated swing gates and electrically operated rising arm barriers. Note that the venue will remain fully operational throughout the course of the project.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority ("the Authority") has a requirement for the replacement of two Ground Source Heat Pumps at its White Water Centre based in Waltham Cross, Essex. The venue is a World Class sports venue and is the Legacy from the 2012 London Olympic Games.
The two GSHP's are located in the plant room and they extract the water for the heating and cooling from these pumps. It should be noted that the updated model of these GSHP's has fundamental changes to its connections and as such extensive modification will be required to the pipework within the plant room, which is expected to take between 4- 6 weeks. Its is therefore necessary for the works to be carried out in the summer months.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") has a requirement for construction of a public footpath through the St Pauls Field site with repair and reinstalling fishing pegs, a birdwatching screen, benches and a small bridge along the route, some wildflower seed sowing and tree planting is required.
It is proposed to construct a new granular no dig vehicular and pedestrian footpath around the western boundary of a former landfill site known as St Pauls Field at Nazeing, Essex. The footpath will connect into the wider network around Lea Valley and provide new access routes for pedestrians and fishermen to the site.
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has a requirement for the maintenance and redecorations of external woodwork & ironmongery of Myddelton house and associated buildings.
The maintenance work will include adjusting windows and doors, replacing defective joinery and window components, minor repointing of brickwork, clearing ivy from walls, and performing redecorations of all external elements.
