LSWA PC are seeking tenders to redevelop a small piece of council owned land from a nature play area to community allotments.
The area has a small dug out (empty) pond, lots of vegetation and some wooden play equipment relevant to a nature area.
The land will require levelling.
The appointed contractor will be required to converse with other contracts for the installation of other services such as water
Tenders must include costs of all aspects to be undertaken,

Applicants are required to return a tender form by 5pm on October 10th 2022 to be considered

Lapley Stretton & Wheaton Aston Parish Council (hereafter LSWA PC), wish to commission a contractor to undertake a project to replace existing play equipment that is end of life and replace with new and more up to date play equipment within the main park. in addition a new pathway with thermo plastics markers is required as is gym equipment to suit the whole community.
Wheaton Aston is a small rural village in the northern part of South Staffordshire. Site viewings are welcomed (unaccompanied unless requested)
