Langstane Housing Association are awarding a term contract to carry out planned inspections and testing and reactive maintenance of fire alarms (30 addresses), emergency lighting (51 addresses), CCTV (5 addresses), smoke detection systems (30 addresses), dry risers (24 addresses), extinguishers (8 addresses), sprinklers (2 addresses), dor-guard equipment (4 addresses) and key holding/alarm response (2 addresses). Please note that number of addresses may increase or decrease over the duration of the contract and are being provided to give potential bidders an indication of volumes.

Langstane Housing Association is establishing a pool of contractors in each geographical area (Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray - separate lots) to carry out routine, urgent and emergency repairs (including out of hours) to their 2,886 properties. There may be small upgrade works as part of this framework. Invitations are invited from multi-trade, electrical, plumbing, joinery, painter & decorators and roofing contractors. Reactive repairs vary from year to year, therefore please note that all quantities and values are estimates.

Having clean and tidy stairwells positively impacts on our tenants’ experience and their overall satisfaction with where they live. It’s important that the work is carried out to a consistently high standard, with each site left well-maintained and clean and tidy. This is the award of a contract for provision of common area cleaning including internal cleaning of windows. The contract is split into 3 lots: Lot 1 Aberdeenshire, Lot 2 Aberdeen and Lot 3 Moray. In total, there are 83 schemes (259 stairwells) in scope (this may increase or decrease over the term of the contract).The initial term of the contract is 3 years, with 2 optional 1-year extensions.
