The indicative annual contract is £294,000, as part of the current contract an additional payment reflects the 'atypical' nature of the practice. NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit is working as an agent on behalf of NHS Lancashire & South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB). The ICB wish to invite providers to respond to a Request for Information (RFI), regarding the Coniston Medical Practice which is currently on a GMS contract. However, any future contracts will be on an APMS contract. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to understand the potential interest in the market to provide Primary Medical Care services to the patient population of Coniston . This information will support NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria ICB to make a decision on the future provision of primary medical services to the practice population going forward.
