This contract is relating to an Asset Management System for Fleet and Stores at LFRS.

The NHS Framework for Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services SBS10190 was selected as the route to Market for this tender exercise. This framework Provides the NHS and other public sector organisations a compliant and cost effective route for procuring construction related services including architecture, civil and structural engineering and surveying, amongst others. A Further Competition via NHS Framework reference number SBS10190 undertaken for the Building Condition Surveys.

Construction partners on the Manchester City Councils Small Works Framework (MCC SWF), were invited to tender for appointment as the Construction Partner on Hyndburn Fire Station for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service. The scheme involves the remodelling of existing shared dormitory space to provide 7nr individual bedrooms (no en-suites) to include internal partitioning, mechanical and electrical alterations and internal finishes.
