The Trust is looking to obtain interest from providers who may partner with us in developing our Head of School, and similar, leadership roles within the Trust. Potentially working with up to 13 leaders to provide a series of support opportunities to enable cultural alignment and re-establish standards, attitudes and expectations. It is expected this would, over the 2022/23 academic year (September 2022 to July 2023), be through the provision of c.11 one-to-one coaching/mentoring sessions with each participant.
The Lion Academy Trust is seeking external partner(s) to work with on School Improvement within its Wellingborough Hub of schools. The service provider will be required to deliver against key school improvement deliverables. This includes leadership development, school development planning, Self Evaluation, and delivering on the trust agreed systems and processes for school improvement. In addition:
• Represent the trust and the school locally, developing a wider network of professionals that enhances the local offer. This includes holding the local authority and other stakeholders to account
• Ensuring that the Heads of Schools are effective in their roles and that the quality of education is at least good are supported to ensure that Safeguarding remains effective
• Supporting local governance to carry out their role effectively.

The Lion Academy Trust invites tenders from experienced and qualified service providers to deliver a comprehensive annual fire risk assessment service across our network of 11 primary schools, split over 13 sites. This contract aims to ensure the highest standards of safety, protection, and compliance with relevant regulations.
