Building on our existing H1 framework, with CS1 we are expanding the scope to include a wider range of consultancy services to offer our clients. The framework is broken down into 4 workstreams which are: Professional Consultancy, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Consultancy, Asset Management Consultancy, Environmental Consultancy. Bidders should note that the lots contained within Workstream 1 – Professional Services (Lots 1 to 15) are only available for the geographical areas of Scotland, South-West England, and Wales. This is because LHC already have a consultancy framework in place which covers a similar scope to that of Workstream 1 – Professional Services that is available within our North and Central England and London and South East England regional areas. LHC on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) is seeking interest from suitable organisations for our Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) New Homes Framework (NH3). This is a national framework and is being procured on behalf of: Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) LHC This framework is the successor to our popular Offsite Construction of New Homes Framework - NH2 and will be for the construction of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) New Homes and associated works. The framework consists of 4 (four) workstreams and each workstream has multiple lots bidders can apply for. As follows: Workstream 1 - Three Dimensional (3D) Modular Systems – Category 1 Workstream 2 - Two Dimensional (2D) Panelised Systems – Category 2 Workstream 3 – Main Contractors Delivering MMC Solutions Workstream 4 - Groundworks and Site preparation for MMC Housing Projects To encourage SMEs and regional bidders each lot is also broken down into multiple regional areas bidders can apply for. Bidders will be required to meet a minimum turnover requirement for each lot (please refer to ITT). LHC will conduct a financial assessment. This assessment will allow LHC to carry out a robust assessment of a Bidders' financial standing. The assessment will have 2 stages: 1) Credit score - LHC will use Creditsafe to carry out initial checking of a Bidders' financial status. 2) Profitability, Stability and Liquidity Assessment - Bidders will be assessed on their financial stability based on a range of financial information obtained from the Bidders annual accounts. The framework builds on the scope of LHCs’ Whole House Framework and extends the scope to allow for works to be carried out in both residential and non-residential buildings. This Framework consists of the following workstreams: - Kitchens & Bathrooms with Associated Works - Electrical Works - Painting & Decorating - Environmental & External Works - Multi-Disciplinary Works To encourage SMEs and regional bidders most workstreams are further split into project value band lots and each lot is also broken down into multiple regional areas allowing bidders to apply for the regional areas they commonly operate in. This opportunity is a national framework listed by LHC on behalf of: Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) LHC Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) LHC/SPA is seeking interest from suitable organisations for our Manufacture and Supply of Domestic Kitchens and Associated Products (K7) This procurement exercise is to establish a replacement to our successful K6 - Kitchen Supply framework. the scope of this framework will be the manufacture and supply of high quality domestic kitchens, worktops, and associated products which should be suitable for use in both public sector housing and non-housing buildings throughout England, Wales and Scotland. Building on our existing K6 framework, with K7 we are focusing on enhancing the supply of affordable and quality kitchen ranges including, inclusive (disability) ranges. The framework is based on manufacture and supply only, there is no installation element expected to be delivered through this framework. The framework is to be tendered under 2 lots: Lot 1: Domestic Kitchens Lot 2: Domestic Kitchens - Supported Businesses For the Scotland region only, LHC have introduced a Lot 2. The requirement of Lot 2 is identical to that as set out in Lot 1; however this lot is reserved for bidders who are considered a Supported Business. This reservation is being implemented by LHC in accordance with Regulation 21 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. In accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, a supported business is considered to be an economic operator whose main aim is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons and where at least 30% of the employees of the economic operator are disabled or disadvantaged persons. For clarity, only organisations that are classified as a supported business will be able to bid for Lot 2, and this will be for delivery within the Scotland region only. All other bidders should apply under Lot 1. Please note as part of the bid assessment process LHC intend to carry out a scored factory visit at the main manufacturing location for the products that will be supplied by the bidder for this framework.
