London and Quadrant Housing Trust and its subsidiary Quadrant Construction Services are one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the UK, housing over 250,000 people in more than 95,000 homes, primarily across London and the South East of England. London and Quadrant Housing Trust are tendering for the provision of services for Logistics for London and Quadrant's Self Delivered New Build Projects to comply with the Public Contracts regulations 2015. The objective of this tender process is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System with the tenderers and London and Quadrant Housing Trust. The dates and contract value are estimates and could be subject to change. This tender process is being carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 relating to the procurement of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of the Works. The DPS is open to Admitted Suppliers throughout the period of validity. 'Admitted Supplier' means a supplier who has met the DPS admission criteria set out in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (SSQ) and has been registered on the DPS for one or more product categories. Suppliers and products may be submitted for evaluation and potentially, admission to the DPS at any time throughout the period of validity. Suppliers who have been unsuccessful in meeting the criteria to become an 'Admitted Supplier' may re-submit another, revised SSQ at any time beyond the initial mini competition. General The following is a summary and clarification of the Sub-Contract Scope of Works and forms part of the Contractor's Requirements. This Scope is not exhaustive and shall not limit the extent of the Sub-contract Works which is more fully described by all of the Contractor's Requirements. The Sub-Contractor shall provide all services and works as required by and further described by the Contractor's Requirements in order to complete the whole of the SubContract package of works. The following is provided for the avoidance of doubt except that where this Scope identifies works not shown within the other Contractor's Requirements those works shall be included within the Sub-contract. Extent of Subcontract Works The Sub-contract Works shall include all management and resourcing of labour and small tools and consumables for the package of works. The Sub-contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant and equipment, sundries, attendance on Contractor / Sub-contractors, to complete the works unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Contractor. Interface with other Trades The Sub-contractor shall allow/has allowed for interfacing, coordinating with and working alongside/in conjunction with other Sub-contract trades and Consultants which may affect the Sub-contract Works including but not limited to; • Groundworker • Scaffolder • Brickwork • Steelwork • Roofer • Carpentry & Joinery • Paintin... L&Q is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil its communal cleaning services across its estates. The scope of the services in these Lots will include, but is not necessarily restricted to the following: Communal Cleaning - an output specification for scheduled cleaning of all areas deemed within the scope of communal areas, inside and in some limited circumstances, outside L&Q residential buildings. This will include: o Hallways/ Corridors/ Walkways o All flooring (hard and soft) o Landings and communal balconies o Stairwells (including underneath stairwells, stair risers and nosings, where applicable). o Lifts- flooring and fixtures and fittings o Entrances, exits, doors, door mats, door glass and door furniture o Atriums o Communal walls, woodwork, ceilings, light fittings, electrical sockets, skirting boards, ledges, switches etc. o Communal Post Rooms o Bin/Refuge Stores o Bike Stores o Pram sheds o Mezzanine areas o Any other communally accessed areas within buildings on the estates which are likely to be used by residents. o L&Q is looking for a two-year contract (2x 12 months extensions available) requires waste and recycling services across its office sites. o There is an ad-hoc need for skips. o L&Q requires secure and legislatively complaint confidential waste management across its main office sites, LQL may only require confidential waste on an ad hoc basis. Satellite offices are to be issued with shredders so onsite staff can self-manage confidential waste. o L&Q will require sanitary and clinical waste collections. LQL regular weekly collections of sanitary and clinical waste from some sites. o There will be a separate waste requirement for washroom services. o There is a need to consultant H&S when preparing for a tender, and in good time to ensure they can inform compliance requirements. o L&Q will need to deliver to ESG strategies including zero waste to landfill, social value and reduction of carbon footprint associated with this service.
