KWL are seeking to Engage with an Estate Agent to manage the Marketing, Valuation and Viewings through to sale completion. It is the intention to award the available work packages to One Provider. Providers must note that the service to be provided is not an exclusive arrangement and to meet the conditions of our contracts KWL may seek other providers in the event of service failure. The anticipated start date is 1/8/24. The works will be carried out for 27 properties. Allocation of work will be dependent on the successful tenderers being able to complete works to the agreed standard. Should a Provider be unable to fulfil our work programme due to other commitment, or it is determined that the work provided is not to an adequate standard KWL reserve the right to approach other Provider to fulfil the requirements. This is to ensure that the delivery of the Service is achieved. The prices are to exclude VAT. Prices are to remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
