We are seeking to procure two suppliers for the provision of pre-paint repairs. This work will be carried out at mostly domestic properties owned by Hull City Council. This contract has an estimated total spend of £1,772,637.00, over the 3 year period. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend volume to any supplier. The award of contracts shall be carried out in accordance with KWL purchasing policy. Covers but is not limited to the supply of floor and wall units, worktops and other associated items. These are to be supplied assembled and should not be supplied in flat pack form. The selected supplier must also be able to provide spares for the repair and maintenance of the kitchens that have been offered in the tender submission. These items are for delivery both direct to site and into KWL stores facility at Connaught Road. The successful supplier will be expected to have a local depot / facility (within the HU1 to HU9 areas), so that any urgently required items or spares can be collected by the operatives responsible for the installation of the kitchens should it be required.
