This project is being funded through the North East and Yorkshire Net Zero Hub's Strategic Projects Pipeline, see Decision Record DR/2025/022 which details the grant funding agreement between the Tees Valley Combined Authority (accountable body of the North East and Yorkshire Net Zero Hub) and Hull City Council. A maximum value for procured services of £49,999 has been set. The proposed contract is for a period of 4 months and is anticipated to run between 1 June 2025 and 30 September 2025, aligning with the grant funding agreement terms. An option to extend until 31 March 2026 will be included in the contract, to be actioned only if the Funder agrees as a result of an extension to their funding agreement with the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero and upon the demonstration of good progress towards delivering the contract with the requirement of additional time. The tender will be conducted by way of an RFQ exercise which is anticipated to be evaluated on the following methodology: 60% quality and 40% price with the contract being awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.

The contract was awarded to for a period of 3 years and is anticipated to run between 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2028. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £27,500 overall.

Hull City Council (The Authority) sought tenders from interested organisations provide Traffic Management (NRSWA)Training. The tender was restricted procedure consisting of a one stage process through the Learning and Training DPS. The contract was awarded to Wise Training Streetworks and Construction Ltd for a period of 3 years and is anticipated to run between 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2028. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £26,466 overall.

Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) has conducted this procurement through the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). The value is estimated to be a £721,818 and will run from 01 August 2025 to 31 July 2028.

Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed Quality Personal Development Training Ltd to provide the Uniformed Services Study Programme . The tender is a further competition consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st August 2025 ending by 31st July 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services for this lot to be a total of £1,829,260.

Hull City Council (The Authority) on behalf of Hull and East Yorkshire Combined Authority has awarded a contract to provide Payment Card Services. The contract was awarded via Direct Award on the NEPO Framework Payment Card Services NEPO505 under Lot 2 - Corporate Payments to Natwest Bank. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st August 2025 ending by 31st July 2025 with an option to extend 2 x 12 month periods. The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be £249,999.

Hull City Council (The Authority) has sought tenders from interested organisations to provide SEND Outreach Services split into 4 lots. The tender was an open consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1st September 2025 ending by 31st August 2027 with an option to extend for a period of 3 x 12 month periods. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £811,500 per annum. Hull City Council (The Authority) invited quotes from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to carry out necessary tests and inspections to diagnose and identify faults to portable electrical appliances. The Authority shall enter into one Contract for a period of 3 years with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider), with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of 24 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Council and subject to satisfactory performance. The services are to commence 16th July 2025.The Authority has estimated the value of the Services at £125,000 - £140,000. Hull City Council (The Authority) has awarded a contract to for 1 year for the supply of the AutoCAD suite of software that is utilised Council wide. The estimated value of the contract is approximately £150,000 per annum.

Hull City Council (The Authority) has awarded an organisation to provide a GIS system, iShareMaps and iShareGIS. This was a direct award through the CCS G-Cloud-14 Framework. The contract commenced on 12th April 2025 ending by 11th April 2028 with an option to extend for a period of 12 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £29,695 per annum.

Hull City Council (The Authority) has awarded a contract to supply the StaffSavvy System via direct award through the CCS G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). The contract is anticipated to commence 01/07/2025 ending by 30/06/2027 with an option to extend for two periods of 12 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the Goods to be £11,400 per annum.

Hull City Council (The Authority) has sought tenders from interested organisations to undertake a review of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) related to net zero jobs and careers covering the North East and Yorkshire. The tender was an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 1 July 2025 ending by 30 September 2025 There will be an option to extend for a period of 6 months up until 31 March 2026. The maximum value of the Services is £49,999 overall.

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of Hull City Council, is looking to establish a framework of Contractors who are capable of providing Decarbonisation Solutions. The framework will cover all UK Public Sector Bodies (excluding the Health Sector and NHS Trusts). The opportunity will consist of four value banded lots that cover Contractor delivery for a four-year term. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all public sector bodies in the UK (excluding the Health Sector and NHS Trusts, the full list of applicable public sector organisations is available in the Tender synopsis on Pagabo's In- Tend portal - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/pagabo/aspx/ProjectManage/1270. The framework shall have the facility for Client Organisations to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement.
