This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association intends to contract with Persimmon Homes. The contract is expected to commence in 2025 and complete during 2027.

Kingdom Housing Association Limited (KHA) intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a limited number of organisations for Legal Services for a 3 year period with the option to extend for a 1 year period solely at the discretion of KHA. Other parties to this agreement would be KHA's partners, see overview below: Overview of the Kingdom Group The Kingdom Group (KG) comprises of Kingdom Housing Association (KHA), a Registered Social Landlord with charitable status. Kingdom Initiatives Limited (KI), is a non-charitable wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association. Kingdom Support and Care (KSC) CIC is a Community Interest Company wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association.

Kingdom Housing Association, working in partnership with Fife Council, is in the process of delivering new affordable housing in Cupar and these new properties form part of that delivery.

This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association intends to contract with Ogilvie Homes Ltd. The contract is expected to commence December 2025 and complete during 2027.

This tendering exercise was undertaken to establish a Framework Agreement with training providers capable of delivering a range of training services as required. The framework will serve as a mechanism through which the contracting authority may procure training solutions from pre-approved suppliers, as and when the needs arise, over the duration of the agreement. This framework agreement is divided into five (5) lots, each representing the category of training requirements. Within each lot, there are sub-lots to reflect specific training requirements. There are no maximum number of lots a supplier can bid in for.
