Total Facilities Management (TFM) is the process of combining and integrating all facility management services into a single Individual Contract and under a sole Supplier to unify all Service provisions, thereby reducing operational time and costs. This will enable a range of Services to be provided. As a Supplier they will be a sole provider where a Customer is guaranteed effective and sustainable solutions to their facilities management. Suppliers must be fully equipped with the expertise and technology required to provide the full range of Services that a Customer needs. This Framework Agreement covers hard and soft facilities including but not limited to: • Building Maintenance • Building Services • Cleaning Services • Grounds Maintenance • Lift Installation and Maintenance • Security Services • Specialist Maintenance for Blue Light Services • Washroom and Janitorial • Waste Management Services

This Framework Agreement covers the Purchase of and/or hire of Temporary and Semi-Permanent Buildings and associated goods/services. Including but not limited • Modular Buildings • Cabins • Containers • Tents/Marquees • Delivery of Goods • Design Services • Project Management • Construction/Installation • Collection • Maintenance • Associated Goods/Services The supply of Temporary and Semi-Permanent Buildings will cover all areas within the public sector, including, but not limited to: • Education • Healthcare • Blue Light Services • Community Buildings • Residential Projects

Temporary and Semi-Permanent Buildings for Hire and Purchase The types of Temporary and Semi-Permanent Buildings to be supplied will depend on the Customers requirements but would encompass the following Goods/Services. KCS is seeking the provision of an outsourced next day delivery distribution solution to its customers outside of our own fleet delivery range which is primarily Kent. The provision is to also include the management of the loading bay operation for the required deliveries. Exact details of areas that will be serviced under this Contract will be advised and agreed between the parties' post award and may be amended (increased or reduced) during the life of the Contract.

The provision is to also include the management of the loading bay operation for the required deliveries.
