Framework Agreement for Waste Management Services. LOT 1– General Waste and Recycling LOT 2 –Clinical Waste Services LOT 3 – Confidential and High Security Waste LOT 4 – Textile Waste Recycling LOT 5 – Hazardous Waste, Chemical and Radioactive (non-clinical) LOT 6 – Waste Disposal Authority (WDA) Household and Commercial Waste Processing Services An additional Lot, LOT 7 – Total Waste Management Service, will be added that will include Suppliers who have been awarded on all Lots from 1 to 5. This will allow the procuring parties to access Suppliers who offer the full range of services as stated in Lots 1 to 5. This is not a scoring element as submissions will have already been scored as part of Lot 1 to 5 evaluation. The value of this Lot 7 is estimated at a value of £200m.

The Framework Agreement will encompass all areas of Playground, Fitness and Sports Equipment and Leisure Facilities from provision of Goods to an end-to-end Service. Each LOT under this Framework Agreement will include, but not be limited to: •Consultancy •Design and planning •Inspections and testing •Installation •Maintenance •Repairs •Supply of equipment

This Framework Agreement is open to all public sector organisations and has been split into Three (3) LOTS. LOT 1– CCTV, Security & Access Solutions LOT 2 – Security Services LOT 3 – Total Security Solutions

Telematic systems help support and improve driving behaviour, duty of care to drivers, vehicle optimisation and fleet safety. We are looking for suppliers that can provide all types of telemetry solutions, to all types of industries including but not limited to the following: Hardware and Software Fleet Tracking/Management Geofencing Data Analytics Detecting emissions and carbon footprint Associated Solutions

This framework agreement will facilitate for the procurement of Street and External lighting solutions and Associated services. Suppliers can provide directly or indirectly via sub-contractors a wide range of services, including surveying, consultancy, management and removal.

It supports both targeted interventions and end-to-end delivery models across core service areas. Maximum percentage fee charged to suppliers is 0.75% Contracting authorities that may use the framework: This Framework is for use by Customers in the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories, and Crown Dependencies that exist on 29/09/25 and which fall into one or more of the following categories: •Ministerial government departments •Non ministerial government departments •Executive agencies of government •Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs), including advisory NDPBs, executive NDPBs, and tribunal NDPBs •Assembly Sponsored Public Bodies (ASPBs) •Police forces •Fire and rescue services •Ambulance services •Maritime and coastguard agency services •NHS bodies •Educational bodies or establishments including state schools (nursery schools, primary schools, middle or high schools, secondary schools, special schools), academies, colleges, Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), further education colleges and universities •Hospices •National Parks •Housing associations, including registered social landlords •Third sector and charities •Citizens advice bodies •Councils, including county councils, district councils, county borough councils, community councils, London borough councils, unitary councils, metropolitan This also includes any public bodies or authorities established or restructured as a result of governance changes introduced under the English Devolution bill Suppliers are advised that the Contracting Authority and its Customers reserve the right to supply the tendered goods, services, and commodities to companies that have a majority public sector ownership by any of the public sector bodies referred to above during the Framework period as stated in this document, for the purpose of selling to other public, private and third sector organisations.

The Framework covers the provision of a full range of IT hardware including, but not limited to, new, refurbished and remanufactured IT hardware and IT Asset Disposition of the following goods, end user devices, AI hardware, technology infrastructure, consumables an peripheral equipment. A Preliminary Market Engagement Notice was not issued as it took place prior to the Procurement Act 2023 coming into force and therefore it was not possible.

Suppliers can provide directly or indirectly via Sub-Contractors a wide range of pest control Goods and Services, including covers, traps, spray as well as providing expert advice and solutions. This Framework Agreement is open to all public sector organisations and has been split into Two (2) LOTS; LOT 1– Pest Control Products This LOT is for the supply of pest control Goods, including, but not limited to: •Air brick covers •Ant killer gel, powder, sprays and traps •Bait and bait stations •Enclosed rat and mouse traps •Gap sealant •Mouse and rat traps including electronic, live capture, enclosed and cage •Odour sachets •Wasp nest destroyer foam, killer powder and traps LOT 2 – Pest Control Services This LOT is for the supply of proactive and reactive pest control Services, including, but not limited to: •24hr pest control, prevention and removal •Bird control surveys •Bird proofing advice, and installation including bird netting and spikes •CCTV drain camera surveys •Drain protection •Emergency pest control treatment and removal •Insects including fleas, mites, wasp and hornets nests, Cockroaches, bed bugs and ants •Non-toxic heat treatment •Pest control surveys and site inspections •Pest proofing methods including bristle strips, mesh covers and batter proof doors •Rodent infestations •Specialist pest control services including hawking, fumigation, heat treatments, disinfection, sanitisation and fogging services. •Wildlife pest control

Suppliers can provide directly or indirectly via Sub-Contractors a wide range of Goods and Services including Service, maintenance, repairs, storage, and disposal of equipment. The Framework Agreement has been split into three (3) LOTS: LOT 1 - Integrated Community Care Equipment and Associated Services LOT 2 – Technology Enabled Care Products and Services (TEC) LOT 3 – Wheelchairs, Motorised Mobility Products and Services
