Framework Agreement for Waste Management Services. LOT 1– General Waste and Recycling LOT 2 –Clinical Waste Services LOT 3 – Confidential and High Security Waste LOT 4 – Textile Waste Recycling LOT 5 – Hazardous Waste, Chemical and Radioactive (non-clinical) LOT 6 – Waste Disposal Authority (WDA) Household and Commercial Waste Processing Services An additional Lot, LOT 7 – Total Waste Management Service, will be added that will include Suppliers who have been awarded on all Lots from 1 to 5. This will allow the procuring parties to access Suppliers who offer the full range of services as stated in Lots 1 to 5. This is not a scoring element as submissions will have already been scored as part of Lot 1 to 5 evaluation. The value of this Lot 7 is estimated at a value of £200m.

The main purpose of this Framework Agreement is to provide a range of competitively priced, high quality, and compliant financial leasing solutions to the public sector. The Framework Agreement has been split into ten (10) LOTs. LOT 1 – Catering and Domestic Services Equipment LOT 2 – Courier and Logistics Equipment LOT 3 – Education Services Equipment LOT 4 – Estates and Facilities / Ground Maintenance Equipment LOT 5 – Green Technology Equipment (Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency) LOT 6 – ICT and Telecommunications Equipment and Software LOT 7 – Laboratory and Pathology Equipment LOT 8 – General Medical Equipment (CRACOE and non-CRACOE) LOT 9 – Temporary and Semi-Permanent Buildings LOT 10 – Vehicles

This Framework Agreement will allow for the procurement of a full range of pest control Goods and Services. Suppliers can provide directly or indirectly via Sub-Contractors a wide range of pest control Goods and Services, including covers, traps, spray as well as providing expert advice and solutions. This Framework Agreement is open to all public sector organisations and has been split into Two (2) LOTS; LOT 1– Pest Control Products This LOT is for the supply of pest control Goods, including, but not limited to: •Air brick covers •Ant killer gel, powder, sprays and traps •Bait and bait stations •Enclosed rat and mouse traps •Gap sealant •Mouse and rat traps including electronic, live capture, enclosed and cage •Odour sachets •Wasp nest destroyer foam, killer powder and traps LOT 2 – Pest Control Services This LOT is for the supply of proactive and reactive pest control Services, including, but not limited to: •24hr pest control, prevention and removal •Bird control surveys •Bird proofing advice, and installation including bird netting and spikes •CCTV drain camera surveys •Drain protection •Emergency pest control treatment and removal •Insects including fleas, mites, wasp and hornets nests, Cockroaches, bed bugs and ants •Non-toxic heat treatment •Pest control surveys and site inspections •Pest proofing methods including bristle strips, mesh covers and batter proof doors •Rodent infestations •Specialist pest control services including hawking, fumigation, heat treatments, disinfection, sanitisation and fogging services. •Wildlife pest control

This Framework Agreement will allow for the procurement of a full range of Community Care Equipment for Goods and Services. Suppliers can provide directly or indirectly via Sub-Contractors a wide range of Goods and Services including Service, maintenance, repairs, storage, and disposal of equipment. The Framework Agreement has been split into three (3) LOTS: LOT 1 - Integrated Community Care Equipment and Associated Services LOT 2 – Technology Enabled Care Products and Services (TEC) LOT 3 – Wheelchairs, Motorised Mobility Products and Services

The Framework covers the provision of a full range of IT hardware including, but not limited to, new, refurbished and remanufactured IT hardware and IT Asset Disposition of the following goods, end user devices, AI hardware, technology infrastructure, consumables an peripheral equipment. A Preliminary Market Engagement Notice was not issued as it took place prior to the Procurement Act 2023 coming into force and therefore it was not possible.
