This underlying contract is awarded via a mini competition from Lots 2, 3 & 4 of the EN:Procure DPS for Environmental Consultancy Services Ref: Contract Notice 2020/S 253-639099
Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust requires a 100% stock condition survey and Energy Performance Certificate and associated thermal performance data surveys to be carried out to its 1,605 (need to decide which homes we do include) regulated homes. JRHT intends to outsource the entire survey, management and data uploading process.
