The Contract is a JCT Intermediate Contract. The underlying contract is awarded via a mini comp from Lot 10A - Paving and External works (Yorkshire & Humberside) of the EN:Procure GEN4 Installation Servicing Repairs & Maintenance Framework.

Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust requires a 100% stock condition survey and Energy Performance Certificate and associated thermal performance data surveys to be carried out to its 1,605 (need to decide which homes we do include) regulated homes. JRHT intends to outsource the entire survey, management and data uploading process.
